I was going to camp at Super Celebration East but chickened out and got a room. Did you build slide? Can it be removed when not needed?

🤣
Actually that fridge is right next to that single rear seat, so easy access. Only minor "Drawback" is the fridge door touches the roof just before the door could stand up on its own, so it takes a little extra effort haha
Oh I thought the shelf was still above and blocking it. So I'll change to 10/10

Yeah, I built it with 3/4" plywood Can unstrap the fridge and could slide out the top shelf, but that would leave the 2 inch high lower slide wood pieces. The whole thing, including the floor, comes out with 8 13mm bolts.

It barely clears on both ends when it's in and out. I got lucky. And I forgot that moving it back a little to clear the shelf makes it so the door can fully open.

I might have to steal a few ideas. Space gets pretty tight when you want to retain the use of the rear seats though.

Thank you for posting so many pictures and I will be watching for more.

Can you say more about the things you didn't post links for?

Like... Do you like the Setpower cooler and which model is it?

Did you answer the questions somebody asked about the slide out? Did you make it or buy it from somewhere?

How was is deleting the driver's side back seat? Any issues?

Looks like you brought everything. Including the kitchen sink.

Hope it all works for you on the maiden voyage. (y)

It's a SetPower RV45d. Dual zone (Freezer option). https://www.setpowerusa.com/collections/rv-series/products/45qt-rv45d-portable-freezer-fridge

Removing the seat was easy, but you do have to take the belt latch off the removed seat and plug the wire harness back into the Bronco and stuff it under the floor so you don't throw an error code.

I made everything out of a single 4x8x3/4" pine plywood sheet and I also bought a 2"x8"x6 foot 3/4" pine board for the slide attachments.

I removed the 8 bolts holding the tie down points. I just measured and cut for the main floor. I'm not expert wood worker, but this was pretty easy. I then ripped 2 inch tall pieces to "T" onto the base to attach the slides to. I bought longer bolts to reattach the tie down hooks on the passenger side and washers on the drivers side. Several Home Depot trips to find the right hardware to use with the drawer to make it strong yet have the clearance to allow the slides to work.

The factory 8 bolt locations are the only thing holding it on. I don't have any bolt down point up near the front seat and it is in there good.

I then Raptor Lined everything with an extra bottle I had. I want to put another coat on it at some point for looks. It's protected, but I think it could use more texture.

I found this cool light on Amazon that is USB rechargeable and has 2 mounts. I put one mount on the tailgate table and the other up on the rear wiper motor.

Love your rig. Very much like the original badlands I had on order. As for the camping set up—this looks like a familiar concept to me for some reason ... a modern interpretation of the past:

Maiden camping trip is next weekend, so I thought I'd post a few pics of my build so far.

It's the warm up for 6 nights of camping at the Bronco Super Celebration in Tennessee in April.

Removed the driver side rear seat.

All electric accessories including induction cooktop and toaster connection oven. 2,096 wH power station (on order)

12v fridge on a 36" slide with a 20" cutting board/sink slide underneath.

This is exactly how I want to do a fridge slide. Have it go ALL the way in and have a fold out table at the tailgate in. Perfect!!
I think I'd put a double Rotopax mount

So where the drivers side seat was, it's just the bare floor or did you use a 50% Goosegear?
