Trailer assist going off without a trailer

So I have a 2022 badlands 2.7 4 door and my trailer break assist keeps going off every 5 seconds as I’m driving and service light popped up and my battery started shutting off can anyone explain what I can do to resolve this before going to a dealer .

check the neg connection on your battery and see if the wire is loose.
