📈 Our 2021 Bronco Order Stats / Take Rates After 2K Submissions

Only about 1.6% have none of the "deadly sins" that delay to later in '21 (i.e. only 1.6% are soft top, 2.3L engine, no Sasquatch, and no Lux). I'm starting to feel that my later July res might still get me a Bronco this year

why is OBX so unpopular? is there something I should know?
I kinda thought it was the most bang for your buck.

It's the most "mall crawler" model offered. Similar to a Wrangler Sahara. More focused on creature comforts and looks than off road functionality. It's probably the last model I would buy. I'm not a fan of the body colored mirrors and fender flares or 18" wheels with street tires.

I'm constantly surprised at how high some of these values are. Interesting to see michigan and Colorado and north Carolina on the top 10 states as they aren't in the corresponding position US population

Michiganders are car-crazy! As I type this, I hear engine growls from souped up sports cars and trucks revving and cruising the main strip. It's been like this all day cuz its warm and the sun's out and it'll be like this til November. It's such a soothing sound (and a sight to see).

OBX is in 4th place and not far behind 3rd. Given this site represents about 5% of buyers, popularity may be way different in the real world.

With a sampling of 2,000 actual orders, I would think all percentages would be comparable with all orders placed so far.

I got antimatter blue (which as we know, is black 80% of the time) am I gonna be at risk for this?
Been thinking about getting my shadow black top wrapped white to reflect some UV, and wrapping the rest a lighter color to protect the paint, but have heard vinyl doesnt last as long here.

I am sure the orders from Bronco6G people are not the same as the average bronco buyer.

I was surprised at the sasquatch take rate as well. I took a looked closer at the data and realized the Sasquatch calculation includes FE and Wildtrack builds that come with that package. So, the number is more reflective of how many builds will have that package rather than the number of orders that added that package. If you remove FE and Wildtrack builds from the math the "take rate" is more like 35-40%

true I still find that relatively high but that just goes to show how much of a good value the Sasquatch package is. I honestly thought it was going to cost considerably more than it did though.

im kinda shocked mercedes is top for Nebraska. Seems like people LOVE their fords here.

Keep in mind how they came up with these stats. I believe they just looked at “hey, check out my new car!” posts on Instagram so it’s not based on registrations or anything vaguely scientific. So someone with a Kia probably isn’t flooding social media.
