I placed my order in Sept of this year and have not gotten one single email from Ford. I don't have an order date, VIN, etc.. Is there anyway that I can track the status of my build other than calling the dealership?

Contact Ford chat or your dealer for help, for some reason no one got an email from ford. Luckily my dealer has kept me in the loop and gave me the VIN right away and when the blend date was available they gave me that also.

I only received an initial email from Ford that my order was accepted. That email had a four digit code that was my order number. There was also another number on the sales sheet I got from the dealer at the time I placed the order. They use those two items to look up my order and provide me with my Vin. Good luck to you.

I did forget that we did get the initial order confirmation email.

I did get on Ford chat and they told me to call marketing and ask them

Thanks Guys, called Ford Customer Service. Was super impressed with the person I spoke to. She was able to look up my order and confirm that I am scheduled for Jan 11th production date. I also have my VIN# now.

Your production date is your blend date, they Start production now, and they put it all together on your blend date when it goes down the assembly line.
