Ours started connecting again yesterday.

Just randomly? That’s funny, mine wouldn’t remote start but it would show me the location and gas mileage. Yesterday it stopped updating the gas and location

So here's what mine did. Noticed on 2/1 in would get the no network connection on the display. Location in app wouldn't work. Tried to connect to wifi but it couldn't even find a wifi signal. Then yesterday I noticed I didn't get the no network connection error. It would remote start. It would search for vehicle and find it in app, but wouldn't update location. This morning everything is back. Wifi, remote start, and location. I didn't do anything. It just started working.

Our new WT started connecting yesterday. So strange. The 21 BL never had an issue. The 23 WT didn't connect for 10 days and just started connecting again.

Just tried after reading this…and it worked!

My app was working fine until this morning. Now it won't update. I don't have my Bronco right now because it is getting PPF but the app just gets stuck in a loop and won't update location. Strange that it started working for others recently after having problems, whereas mine worked fine from 2/8 until 2/14.

Mine stopped working a few days ago and I've only had my 23 Badlands for just over a week now.

Our 23 Outer Banks gives this error randomly but everything seems to work. I haven't checked to see if it is still doing updates.

My 23 badlands went offline for 2 weeks and then came back for 2. Just went off line again.
