Wanted to put together a poll to determine how many have had major issues with their Bronco. It seems every issue gets posted here for all to see and makes some question the quality. I want to see how many 6g members that have had major issues.

Please read below

***YES*** vote should be any major issue which has required the Bronco to have major repair service done or has required multiple trips to remedy. It had a major impact to drivability and or safety of the vehicle.

***No*** vote may have some very minor things that needed service that didnā€™t effect the driving or performance of the vehicle.

Not a good poll. a problem as a blown engine and a bad wiper blade are not in the same category.

wiper blade would be NO except it affects driveability

Recalls such as child safety locks (recall performed and no issues) and front driveshaft (no problem but needs replaced before causing a problem) so a true poll would have entries for sub categories of major/minor

None except for some condensation in the rear floor cargo area.

I put no even though mine was in the shop for 3 months...all due to a moron running into me. Not the fault of the Bronco. Overall mine has been solid and tight all the way around.

Not even going to vote on this. My A/C stopped working and it was fixed by Ford immediately. So yes I had a "problem" but it's literally a first year model and the problem didn't impact drivability and was resolved right away.

Why I said major and non major and added what constituted both. Wiper blade would be no, blown engine yes. I clearly stated that because some would say they had a major issue when itā€™s not and a lot of new vehicles have a few things that need attention.

So this would be a No based on my definition. It didnā€™t affect the performance, safety or drivability. For instance I had a bad AC recirculation motor that was replaced and I voted NO. I think overall the percentages will be NO, but would like to get a good poll.

I voted no, but we only have 5K on our 22 Badlands. I am gong to be listening intently for any MT noises. Only issue has been that the incredibly cheap lift strap assembly for the cargo storage cover came apart. Total junk, but its so minor that I don't deem it a "problem". I could likely have the dealer fix it but just haven't bothered,

What does this accomplish? Besides drawing out every troll on this site. This would only work and be accurate if every Bronco owner was a forum member. But they are not, this thread will only amplify the bad.

Ha ha, to prove the point that the vast majority have had no major problems.

To each his/her own, but if ANYTHING doesn't work as it should, that's a no for me dawg, especially brand new. Your tolerances are cranked way up from mine.
  • Rear seatbelt buckle doesn't latch well. Dealer appt made.
  • The passenger side interior trim panel was installed UNDER the washout floor trim. ( fixed myself)
  • Passenger roof panel was cut uneven exposing inner webbing (dealer appt made)

The purpose was to see how many MAJOR issues that prevented drivability, safety, performance of the vehicle.
