I've posted parts of this multiple times and it seems to be valuable and warrants its own thread. I'll probably edit the OP to keep up with comments/changes/corrections. Lets keep this to functional/performance and cosmetic, things like "different wiring harnesses" don't belong IMHO.
  • Drive train
    • 3.0 engine with more power and torque (418 hp/ 440 ftlb)
    • 37" BFG K02 tires
    • Larger/stronger F&R axles (Dana 44/50)*
    • Larger/stronger inner and outer tie rods (? might be same as HOSS 3.0 rigs)
    • Larger/stronger CVs and steering knuckles*
    • Beefed up transfer case clutches
    • Anti-lag turbo system (in Baja Mode)
    • Larger/stronger F&R driveshafts
    • Larger brakes (calipers and rotors)
    • True dual exhaust system

You forgot to mention the cost over a non-Braptor - measured in $10s of thousands!
I added it up and I got “”approximately a $17,000 “”difference. Well worth it if you have the money.

Come on now……. You know the attitude out there…….. “”” 2 door is a true off roader”””” “””4 door is a soccer mom’s car””””…….. We have both.

Thanks for this. Care to go into why the seats are substantially better? No sarcasm, I just really would like to know. I wish the Raptor had a bit more differences in the interior.

These have grown on me over time. I did not like the way they looked when I first saw them. The body color matched fenders helped the most in getting me to start liking them. If within a year or two there is no bronco hybrid and if the Scout fails to wow me (starting to go in that direction), then I'm probably going for a Raptor.

And should that be accompanied by a clarification that you get massively more in upgrades than you would add by trying to mod to the same level with aftermarket parts? That wouldn't even include the labor expenses.

Best of luck on your decision. You should really drive a Raptor off road before deciding 😉.

Seat differences:
  • Larger/improved side bolsters (and overall shape change)
  • Leather and imitation suede option available - adds luxury and grip
  • Cosmetic edge stitching (also on Stroppe)

You're welcome. It's kind of late in the product cycle to post it, but it really didn't exist anywhere else, even in a single Ford document.
Before we ordered our 2026 Ford raptor about a month ago I googled, YouTube’d and everything else to try to learn what the differences were as close as i could to 100%. We did test drive a bad land with the Sasquatch package and also a brand new Raptor. Your list looks like it list’s 100% of the difference’s or damn close to it. You Da Man!!!!!!!

The Ford performance warn winch kit will bolt on, but the software does not allow for the crash sensor reprogramming.
