This week I installed a customized cargo mat on my SAS BB - heavy duty foam flooring material. I used a local marine business to custom design it for me. They used the same material that they use for boat floors. The owner told me that she has started to do alot of these for Broncos. Very responsive & easy to work with them. Seajay Marine Group @ (313)402-3685

They can customize any logo or design that you want. Cost is $450+shipping

I installed it myself - very simple, just unbolted the rear cargo floor and tore off the carpet, then stuck this on the subfloor (it has very strong 3M adhesive on back). Took about 30 mins. Looks amazing!!!

A friend of mine asked me last week if I thought purchasing the equipment to make these types of mats (boat/kayak flooring and apparently, this) would be a "good decision" for his wife to do for extra income.
The small/simple CNC machine alone that he showed me was nearly $90K.
Gotta have that ROI somehow.

*Looks very nice, BTW, OP. Good and clean. Hopefully the adhesive is better than the stuff Amazon peddles.

Love it! I used my ford points to get the rubber factory one which looks nice but nowhere near as cool as your custom one!

Looks awesome! I tried to have a few small pieces made for my Bronco door panels, but the cost was out of line. I’ve had this in boats and it holds up well. Except for dragging things across it. It will tear. It’s essentially flip flop foam with a strong adhesive back. It also shrinks at about the 4-5 year mark and leaves a glue line where it was. That was in a garage kept boat and Florida sun when out every week. Glue is miserable to remove. Still plan to do my project on my own with jigs and a router. You should consider the side of quarter panels too. Again that looks sharp. Jealous!

Neato, but luckily I don't need to spend any money to have my cargo mat remind me of what kind of vehicle I drive.

That's a great idea! Man, I raced Factory offshore a long time ago, raised on cruisers and then Cigarette Boats and have done the SeaDeck on a lot of mine but never thought of this. Great idea man! I got a guy in Houston that could do it too but since your guy has the template I am sure he could make a killing on it, custom colors and all sorts of stuff.

Love it!

Wow this looks REALLY clean.

You said it’s held in place via adhesive tape? I wonder if the manufacturer could make side panel liners of the same material to protect the cargo wall. Would be a sweet option for those who don’t want to install molle panels on either side of the trunk.
