The transfer case rear seal was replaced under warranty about a month ago because it was leaking. No other issues.

7100 Miles in 6months, got it 12/10/21.....Had a brake vacuum line issue at 5k and currenty have a driverside side mirror issue as it works off and on...mostly off. This started around 6k and am waiting to take it in for my ist service...I do my own oil changes and have done 2 so far.

7500 since March 1 and loving every minute. Minor issue with getting my points to post (finally did last week after another call to Ford) and driver dash panel gap requires a metal tab that was missing (on backorder). The 2.7 has been great so far, and the Sport mode actually makes a huge difference in better shift performance.

Hasn't been back to the dealer except to pick up accessories purchased with Ford points.
Funnest truck I've ever had!

What did you get? I've never gone through the process but I have a minor haul that I'd love to cash in. Do you call a dealership and go through them, dealers website?

9,133 miles... no major issues! I have the whistling side mirrors, soft top roll bar rub/paint wear and a paint rub/wear on the top edge of the tailgate door on the hinge side... That being said, I have not brought it back to the dealer yet because I can't stand the thought of not having it for a few days while they take care of the issues.

Would you mind posting a photo of that dash panel gap? Great color choice

11,180 miles. Replaced alternator and soft top peeling.

Also busted a tail light and replaced it.

14k. 2.7L, Soft-top. Had some quirks (one day the driver window would roll down as I was locking the car, but it resolved itself) and had to have the horn replaced. Other than that, just great fun. Avg. 21.3 mpg.

7100 here! Picked it up from Iowa beginning of March and drove it home to Oakland.

-Rear passenger door gets hung up despite window reset procedure and dealership adjusting the door
-Soft top won't lock into its fully down position
-Hood delaminated from its support structure and flutters a bit at highway speeds

Otherwise day to day its awesome and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat
