If you look at the photos, there's a latch that connects (silver) between the swing arm and frame and articulates as the door is opened. This is what I took away from it, at least.

Yeah they have some photos on their website that show the pivot arms that are attached to the tailgate. essentially you just open the tailgate like normal and this swing arm moves right along with it. Let me see if I can attach one here.

Yes, install video for all bumpers are being made as we speak. They will come out 1 at a time over the next 2 weeks. Including a few other new parts we are releasing in the next couple weeks.

Yes, the swing is guided with the tailgate. It has a piece that bolts to the tailgate, then has heim links that attach the factory door to the swing gate.

Sorry don't have a picture of the rear Hyperlyte with the factory hitch.

Rear swing bumper is rated for 250lbs.

We made the Hyperlyte bumper to have as much clearance as possible. They are many options like soft shackles that will do the job in a bind.

Rear outside Molle with Quick Disconnect will be ready in 60 days.

This was engineered, designed and tested right here in Riverside, CA. But the bumpers are made overseas.
