It's a easy project a couple industrial 100 lb plus bearing equipped sliders with standard lock outs and 3M body moulding taped to bed floor or however want to do it on the cover, and a single sheet of 1/4" ALU plate mounted on the sliders.

No more than 30 lb etc max $400

Very clean looking! Looks light weight and costly :). Great choice.

I'm also considering getting the packhorse. I'd like to see some pictures of it with a fridge strapped and totes/boxes strapped to it. The attachment points look limited.
Chris was awesome and meticulous to work with, which also equated to it taking considerably longer than I expected. That said, two large boxes with the custom configuration he put together for me arrived while I was away on my last off road trip for the seaon and it's been sitting in its boxes in the garage since. I don't have an interior heated work space and with the below freezing temps over the past couple of weeks, it has not made it out of the boxes to tackle an install in the vehicle.

As a side note, turns out Chris also uses the ToughBuild StackTech, so he was able to dry fit the build into a Bronco he had access to and confirm the functionality and clearance I wanted to accommodate both the spacing for the 12v fridge and the StackTech boxes.

I have a snow run in late January - so I'll need to find an install solution before then and will share pics.

I liked the look and function of that when it first came out (which was after I was already down the build path with OffRoadRelics). Broaddict was not in favor of using the top panel to mount other things to when I reached out to them (other than the existing mounting points on the sides) - and I have a need to mount a slide out for the 12v fridge to the top of the tray deck.

Have you had a chance to install yours? Can you share pics? I'm also considering a custom build with Chris after none of the aftermarket options for a 2 Door with rear seat delete meet my needs.

It's on my weekend plans - hopefully will have both dry and warm enough weather here in mid-Michigan.

Sorry for the delay - weather and life delayed the install.

So, first I'll start off by saying Chris included a personallized bonus surprise for me that I had no idea was included until I finally got around to opening the boxes. I feel bad it took me multiple months to know it and thank him for it.

My order arrived in 2 boxes because of the weight. The first was the main mounts and slides for the full size tray, the second was the main tray itself with a custom fridge pull out mounted to that.

For my project, I wanted a single full width tray that I could pull out to still access the infloor storage and a second slide mounted on top of that to accomdate my Iceco APL35 fridge. I also carry my recovery gear in Toughbuilt bins, so I also wanted a way to accommodate keeping them secure in the cargo area. When I'm not on the trail, I plan on keeping one of the open top bins in the back to just have a container place to put stuff in the back.

Everything I received was SOLID and HEAVY. Chris went above and beyond to tweak and over-engineer. Nothing about what I got was cookie cutter or mass produced.

That said, nothing came with instructions either... which, because of Chris's customer service was not an issue. Months after receiving everytihng, he was still quick to respond to emails and texts when I finally had warm weather to add this mod to my Bronco - and despite some install challenges, he continues to be engaged and working to provide options to address.

Because of the expected weight on the trays, Chris added extra support brackets to the underside of the full width tray. That bracket hit the heads of the mounting hardware he sent with the shelf. A quick run to Ace Hardware to pick up the specific bolt he provided info on and issue was resolved (and Chris is covering the cost of that additional hardware).

It did take two of of us to place it in the back of the Bronco but once in place, I found that using a wood stake (a 1x2 with a pointed end) allowed me to lift the corner I was working with to line up all of the mounting hardware (bolt, spacer, cargo tie down) - having somekind of small lever to lift and lower made it a bit easier to line everyting up before starting each mounting bolt.

There is a bit more room between the tray and back of the seats then I was expecting, but in order to allow the tray to pull out far enough and still access the the in floor storage, the tray is already as deep as it can be. Any deeper, and you would lose the ability to clear the infloor door. If you had molle panels on the back of your rear seats, you could use that space for things mounted on those panels.

Chris also designed the full width tray so that the mounting brackes for the fridge pull out and the Toughbuilt boxes are secured from the top to the main tray with revnuts - so if I wanted, I could remove those for a flat surface across the full width tray.

I have the trailgater tailgate table, and this configuration works with that table installed.

We head out on a road trip and offroad trails later in the month - and I'm looking forward to see how it does on the trail.

I also have a packhorse 2 door rear delete tray! I use it all the time and it’s very heavy duty! Chris’s Customer Service is amazing! I highly recommend both Chris and the Packhorse!

Thank you for sharing! That is what I have in mind, glad to see Chris can accommodate special modifications. Makes me more confident that going with him will be the right choice. His solution checks almost all the boxes for me.

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts after your trip and seeing some pictures of your setup.

Initial report out that the tray performed as expected on my trip. There are 3 items I'm working with Chris on for some additional refinements - but he has been very responsive and I fully expect items will be resolved for my specific needs.

The items we are working on...

Floor attachments -
As installed, all points where the main slides secure to the floor are elevated with spacers. This allows for secure attachment to floor and still clearing the lip of the back open tailgate as well as to level it. Using spacers is an older design and Chris has since modified the mounting solution - and the new design includes a wider bracket to better support the slide mounts. In my case, I'm seeing some flex where there shouldn't be...

Here is the current install using the spacers.

Fridge slide tray location -
Chris left me a bit more room than minimally needed to get to hardware to secure the main traiy to main slides (they needed to ship separately for weight purposes). That resulted in the fridge slide being shifted left a bit more than I would like. This hindered my setup in two ways... First, I don't have room to release the latch on my fridge when in the stored slide position if I have storage containers secured to the main tray and my bottom storage container is a box with flip out side handles, which don't have enough clearance to flip out and use. Chris did put the fridge slides on slides to adjust side to side - but to move to right any further, I don't have access to the mounting hardware on those slides (they get covered by the actual slide).

Rattling -
I have a bit more rattling than I'd like from the fridge tray slides. I'm thinking some rubber bumpers might do the trick to give just a tad more tension against the stored slide.

The above all said - I ran on dunes and sand with full recovery gear in my storage bins and secured fridge without any issues - and as we were comparing storage solutions in the back of various rigs that were with us, we were the only that had full access to both in floor storage solutions in the cargo area. One of the other rigs had the newer Broaddict floor leveling pull out cargo storage tray and they learned that based on the support brace, they couldn't remove their OEM jack after installing it. The Broaddict option also currently doesn' provide for any mods on the tailgate - no clearance for most tailgate tables (includng those offered by Broaddict) or the M2M tailgate safe. As it turned out, I had to get to my tire repair kit in my cargo floor and was able to easily to that (random issue - had a valve stem have a slow leak and it turned out the core got tire debris stuck in it from the inside when airing down and I had to pull the core, clear the debris and put the core back).

Curious - do your slide mounts sit flat on the cargo floor, of do you have spacers below them? I havent' seen the newer mounting option (yet) and this looks like you may be using that.
