The only real difference between a WT and a BL/Squatch is the badge, the grill, and the lack of rock rails.
Um, the other differences are that Badlands has:
- sway bar disconnect
- non gloss mirror caps
- black door handles
- MGV interior or black leather interior
- you can choose it with or without a soft top
- warm alloy beauty rings on the wheels, not black
- orange interior trim, not blue
- no hood graphic
- a steel rear bumper (cannot get that on WT)
- washout floor option
- you can choose a 2.3 engine’
- you can choose to get a manual

Thanks for ALL the details. I am well versed in these aspects. However, it seems you missed the point of my post, which was in response to the other guy who commented that he liked CG on the BL trim, but not on the WT. My point is they basically look the same, except for just a few key details. Its not like we're talking about 2 different vehicles with the same color.

Thanks for the heads-up. I stopped by today to check them out. They both look WAY different in person.

Great pics, thanks. I'm down to these two colors. Just out of curiosity, what were your thoughts on both and which one did you prefer. Thanks in advance.

Since day one I was going with Cactus Gray. But after seeing pictures of area 51, I started to have doubts. Seeing both yesterday, I'm sticking with Cactus. So many pictures of CG look completely gray or even off white. In person It has the slight green tint I was hoping for.

That’s my thoughts too! I was completely sold on CG, then started to lean toward A51. Now I think I’m back to CG. My husband saw one in our sub and said it was a very classy color and will hide dirt better since its a lighter color.

So funny to see these comments and then others that adamantly say they don't see the green at all.

Goes to show we all see things different, and that lighting probably plays a part in how the colour presents itself, even in person.

The perceptions are interesting.

I liked the idea of it at the reveal and have seen CG both ways on my screen......gray like a river rock or with the hint of green.....based on all the different mages we've been given in various settings. And probably based on what I think I want to make myself see at the time to some extent.

Haven't seen it in person yet though but not really considering it anymore.

Ford needed an off-white color option. They already have black and off-black, why quit when you're ahead... White, and off white. Light and dark silver, bright and dull red, Two nearly identical blues. Wow, somebody has a cushy job to make those big decisions and not have anybody question them.

FWIW: going to start calling CG Condom Goo, which is a highly accurate description of the color.
Well, thank you for telling me exactly what you think of my color choice. ?

Hey everyone. Just saw these in person. Overcast day and was inside.

That said: that thing was mint green and I'll fight anyone that says otherwise.

That is all.

Which one looked better in you opinion, Area 51 or Cactus Gray?

Do you have pictures? I have been hoping for green.
