2 dr base, here I come, roaring down the road with my 2.3.

Back to my basic desire to have a topless, doors off beach buggy for the OBX.

I'll save my money for a gen3 raptor.

The A/T is still stated as "standard" with the 2.7L V6, and as "available" with the 2.3L.
The V6 is listed as $1895. Yet when you select the V6 option, instead of charging $1895 it is now charging $3490. If Ford intend to now charge the Auto as a separate item, why list the Auto as "standard" with the V6? I'm a patient person, this is testing me.
Just saying “standard” doesn’t always mean “free.” The V6 has no manual transmission option, so yea the auto will be standard since that’s the only choice, doesn’t mean you won’t get charged for it. Seen the same thing plenty in trucks before when going from gas to Diesel engine, usually has a different transmission “standard” for the diesel, but the price for engine and transmissions can easily be listed separately. Still have to pay for both, even though it’s “standard” cause there’s no other choice. Lately more have changed so it doesn’t show like that, but you still get charged for engine and trans(can easily be 10k to change to diesel, about 6k for the engine and 4K for the trans, if it does happen to show “included” or “$0” on the trans then engine shows as a few grand more, you’re still charged for both). The 2.3 on the other hand has 2 trans choices, so an auto is only “available” and you can choose to not pay for it and get a manual trans. Not saying ford shouldn’t have had this sorted out long ago, but saying the auto is standard with v6 is no reason not to charge for it.

Ford was doing pretty good this past week until now. Two (yeah! TWO!!) emails about the Bronco, Ford points bonus, revealing the other Off-Roadeo locations.

Let’s see if the other tops are only available on high trims to keep this shit show going! YEEHAW!!!

I think the main issue is the B&P said “included” and didn’t charge $1,595 when you would select the 2.7L for just shy of 2 months.

Yea thats why I said ford shoulda had it sorted out long ago. But just saying that the v6 shows auto standard doesn’t mean it won’t be a separate cost included as well. Shoulda showed the additional cost from the start especially with build and price delayed to begin with.

Just wait until everyone wakes up in the morning. This thread is gonna blow up ?

Ford usually does the bad news with good news thing. I wouldn’t be shocked if the extra charge for auto is legit and they let us know the black mod top is no longer late availability and now on time with the MIC Top

So I'll take a pill and chill as B&P is fubar right now. Depending on how you add teh auto changes the price to the same exact build by $4k.

If I start at a base 2dr and add squatch, its $5790 and that adds the auto total 35785

Start over, base 2dr, add auto, then add Squatch, its more than 4K added to the price...

Bullshit. The automatic was included in the Sasquatch package, It was also included in the 2.7 engine. Now it's an additional $1600 separately. That is on a 2 door. Did not even try it on a 4 door where it is not a option, but included. So it is included in 3 packages AND an additional $1600 as a stand alone? The same base build I had for the last coupla months went from just under $40,000 to $42,300. This is a vehicle I want, not one I need. They better get their shit figured out...

Been bouncing back and forth, V6 or wait for the stick with Sasquatch. If this is real, that settles that one.

Exactly my thoughts. This is a want, not a need for me as well.

My preferred build is now over 48k, FTS.

I can go base with auto so the wife can drive it as well and save a ton of coin for mods.

How did you add squatch? As the option? If I add it by the wheels up top I get this.
It's fubar one way or another, and I bet its not in our favor.
