  1. Ford's official email letter about getting bumped to 2023 model year

They never gave one. I am *assuming* commodity constraints, but my Dealer didnā€™t know either. He (the salesman) had ordered a 4 Door Badlands with MIC top, and 2.7L TT in automatic. He reserved day 1, ordered a few minutes before me (I called first thing in the morning). I got my VIN the...
  2. Ford's official email letter about getting bumped to 2023 model year

I thought I was over itā€¦. Then I saw a Race Red two door (my color and config) with a big-ass lift yesterday. It stung, not gonna lie.
  3. Ford's official email letter about getting bumped to 2023 model year

Oh no, it happens. I assure you, VINs get trashed. My ā€˜21 was never built.
  4. NO New Bronco Retail Orders When 2023 Order Bank Opens 9/12. Dealer Stock and Converted Previous Orders Only.

This news just hit my YouTube feed last night. Iā€™d long berated myself for not holding onto my 2021 VIN after becoming disillusioned with build date #6 being cancelled. Gotta say I am glad I pulled the plug when I did. Been enjoying my ā€˜21 JLU like mad since August of that yearā€¦. but to all...
  5. Snow breaches inside of Bronco w/ soft top during blizzard claims owner

If you drive any kind of soft top in winter, you know what can happen in foul weather.. and 80km hour blizzard winds are awful (been in 'em, I know). We don't drive our convertibles in winter for a damn good reason; they sit safely in the garage in hibernation awaiting spring. For all the...
  6. Canada - Alberta Trim stickers are lame. Wheel in Class.

They were custom made by a fellow in Florida. I can PM you his email address, if you like!
  7. Canada - Alberta Trim stickers are lame. Wheel in Class.

    Sorry - they were sold!
  8. Why are y'all not doing the Bronco Wave?

Yeah, Ford ripped everything else off from the Wrangler and the Wrangler community, why not the wave too?
  9. GOODYEAR WRANGLER TERRITORY legal in Quebec

Probably not. They have English writing on them. šŸ˜‚
  10. MIC Top 1.0 inside construction & material (cross section) - pics

Cost cutting, Bronco21fan, cost cutting. Recycled cardboard goes dirt cheap from the local recycling center.
  11. Nice weld!

ā€¦And if you saw this kind of crap weld on some other brand of vehicle to which you are not already beholden; say on a Land Rover or a Jeep or a Tacoma, you would also say ā€œmā€™eh, donā€™t matterā€?
  12. Nice weld!

How is THAT ā€œnot a big thingā€!? The roof is structural, there is no way in hell that weld is acceptable. There should be MPT if not radiography of welds even if they PSA visually. This is total garbage.
  13. MIC 2.0 Top blew off (forgot to latch)! Pics of damage and material / construction

Cost cutting permits higher profit margins. The average consumer wonā€™t pay an extra $200 for a finished interior liner, but they wonā€™t pay less for an unfinished one. Thatā€™s kinda been Fordā€™s approach to market as regards the rest of the interior, and under the hood.
