I thought they removed the "wrangler" from the tires...assuming not stock?

Correct, I've had good luck with duratrac's in the past and went that route with my upgrade to 35's.

Do they throw stones as bad as the sasquatch Goodyear? And I love the wheels!

Mine wasn't a sasquatch to begin with so I don't have a direct comparison, but I think they are pretry average for an aggressive a/t tire at kicking rocks. I do hear the stock Goodyears were quite bad for that.

I'm stoked on the wheels, never thought I would be into the bronze but it looks great with the CG (and most all broncos in general), also haven't seen another with the exact same ones yet which is kinda cool.

I agree. I think the orange pops too much if it's the only accent on the outside (unless you are top-off, doors-off, of course). Maybe something closer to CO than Code Orange... and some sort of orange graphic on the outside... even if it's just "Bronco" badging and painted hooks or something... would tie it together. 👍

I've been thinking of painting/powder coating the center of the sas wheels in dark bronze to get some contrast... and toning down the silver rings with a subtle carbonized gray on the rings.

This photoshop came out looking too gold/rusty-looking... I imagine it more as a darker bronze.

The option I'm considering that isn't one of those colors you mentioned is the other way... carb gray on the wheels and making the rings pop. Like blasting off the warm alloy paint... doing a brushed aluminum finish... and then clearcoating them.

Haven't seen anyone do that yet, but I think they'd resemble the $800 OEM beadlocks. Probably not too hard to get another set of bolts and drill out and chamfer the additional holes all the way around (the rims already have all the holes under that beauty ring). Would give it the beadlock lock. I have no need for the actual beadlocks... but wouldn't mind mimicking the look if I can duplicate it well on the cheap..

Excuse me, sir, please get your bronze off my wheels and put my badge back where you found it 😁

I'm still torn between black rings or gray but flip saying he had to drill out 6 of the bolts on a customer's rig has me thinking maybe the stock shiny rings are OK!

Pardon me. Until Ford decides I am worthy of having one of my own in real life... I live vicariously by playing with others' digitally. Please find it in your Bronco-owning heart to forgive the less fortunate. 😁

Can someone please tell me which powder coat color matches carbonized grey the closest? I'm still waiting for my Bronco but want to have some wheels powder coated and ready for when it arrives, but I have nothing to color match against.
My plan is to buy an extra set of steelies and powder coat them to match the body.
Thank you, J
