Picked up my Base Bronco at Granger two weeks ago. Added OBX tires, and am going for Havoc rock rails shortly. My other toys as well. I've pushed my wife out of the garage, and she's not happy. Might have to get a new wife :)

Can I join the cool kids club?

Black Diamond (non-Sas) I picked up about 5 weeks ago. Went to Mexico for a week and a half about a week into ownership. The other 3.5 have been spent having some fun and also doing a bunch of mods. Did everything myself.

Mods so far:

- 2" ReadyLift on base suspension (plan to do Fox or King coilovers down the road)
- 35"x12.5"x17" BFG Mud Terrains
- KMC Summit wheels in Satin Black 17" x 8.5" with zero offset
- ADD Bomber front bumper with (2) Rigid 360 driving lights, (1) Rigid 360 spot (middle position)
- Baja Designs Squadron Sport SAE (road legal) fog lights
- ADD Bomber front skid plate
- Baja Designs Squadron Sport pillar lights on cowl
- Ford Performance (Rigid Radiance series) 40" light bar
- ADD Bomber rear bumper
- Baja Designs Squadron Sport rear driving/flood lights
- Rough Country tailgate support
- Rough Country 3rd brake light relocation bracket
- Rough Country hitch
- Ford "Bronco" rubber hitch cover
- Factory black Bronco emblem
- 20% front window tint
- 50% front windshield tint
- Kicker KEY 200.4 amplifier (base speakers will be swapped soon)
- Fast Intentions door sill protectors
- A few FORSCAN tweaks

I'm also installing a set of AMP Research power steps tomorrow to replace the factory sliders (which I really like btw but I need a functional step to accommodate others, not myself).

You have to help me on those wheels. Out of all the combo's I've seen these with Cactus Gray this is my fav so far! I found the KMC Summit wheels in satin black but they don't look like yours... they look like they have copper surrounding bolt studs... Do you in fact have (FINISHSATIN BLACK W/ GRAY TINT )??? Appreciate the help and congrats on the great combo!!!

FINISH: SATIN BLACK

Picked her up in Abilene from Arrow Ford (great dealership) with my son’s 79 and then they had a double date at Whataburger parking lot before driving home :) Can’t wait to modify.

They're the second ones with the silver rivets, not the gold. I got them from Tire Rack.

They honestly do not look grey at all in person. They just look like satin black.

All of my external mods are finally on. I really think the Cactus pairs well with the black and dark gray.

Looks awesome! Are those the OEM side steps? And what mudflaps did you use? I'm considering making similar upgrades to my BL (whenever it arrives lol).

Thanks. The side steps are a secret so far, I haven't seen anyone on this board talk about them. They're the Westin Grate 75" steps, purchased through 4WheelParts. Since I'm not squatched I went with the Original/Long full kit from Rokblokz. Trying to remove the crash bar bolts for the install...sucked. Those babies are torqued down good.

After over a 2 year wait, sticking to what exactly I wanted, even after many attempts to eliminate certain options. The main problem I had was patience. Couldn’t take it anymore I ordered a 21 Extreme Recon Wrangler back in October. LOVE the Jeep.

so when the dealership called and said the Bronco just arrived. I almost let it go because we love the Jeep so much.

Problem solved, Jeep is mine and main focus is off-road.

the Bronco is my wifes daily driver.

Most recent update on the FE. A little Pistol Pete to enhance the Rockslide steps.
