I would expect to get about 14mpg’s at 94 mph if I was to guess. That’s not my dash, I just photoshopped example numbers on a screen for fun.

I keep it on the boost screen. Over 3-4 psi, downshift. Seem to be working well but I rarely get into 6th that way.
I keep my boost screen up on the highway as well. If I downshifted every time it hit 4psi I would be in 1st gear forever. 6th is completely off limits, and for the return trip I just plain gave up on 5th as well. Did all of I70-UT in 4th at 80. On the way out I had theorized that I could get over 80 and cruise in 5th...nope, any uphill just kills it. on the way home I started to get the idea that maybe mine is a miss build, and I got the wrong gears, so I had him pace me in the unicorn and our rpms in 4th were close enough I gotta believe it's right...don't get it. Yes I checked the calipers aren't hanging up, have checked alignment many times since I have done suspension mods...makes no sense!

16.8 on 2072.7 for the whole trip including wheeling, photo is too large to load. I got higher on the hwy to town, (19.8 - 21) but I-70 & I-15 in Utah being 80 MPH and from Vegas to SoCal it was crazy on Sunday morning @ 9:30 and speeds were up and down (67-87) due to people who can't wait in line cutting over last minute backing everyone up, and that killed it some more.

If you didn't keep your place in line or stayed behind someone trying to use active cruise control, who let 8+ cars get in front of them, you'd drop back too far and lose too much time. So damn the torpedoes and keep up with the car in front of you and pass the slower ones at a cost in additional fuel... That or get home an hour or two later and traffic gets worse as the day goes.

Average if traffic had behaved would have been around 18 or maybe more. And, I just couldn't do 70 or under in Utah knowing I'd get home one and a half to two hours later. I kept looking at the MPG and doing the math on time v. extra cost and time won.

I would need hearing protection at that speed.

That too. I've developed a wicked wind noise around the top of the windshield above 70. I might need to add some weatherstripping to the soft top header.

A couple of night pics, note all the lights (bar, amber fog, ditch, grill & rock) cost about$150 using every black Friday discount and coupons. Gotta go through MarcoPolo's stuff and post more tomorrow.
Love the photos!

Our last day to wheel was Fri, and I kinda wasn't sure where my head would be at post trifecta, so hadn't signed up ahead of time. Fins and things was full, so somebody suggested I do 7mile rim. Turned out to be a perfect closer. Relatively easy trail, great views, and a few "hero obstacles" which are easily bypassed if you are having a rough day. Trail has a little bit of everything...fun but fast! We got a chance to wheel w/Zach from Dana/Spicer. His sales pitch worked...I now have D60/32spl D44fdu combo ordered!

Speaking of which, I found their jerky on the way out of town, those pesky aliens.
I ended up just getting some habanero beef jerky and some maple brown sugar beef jerky.
Both were extremely good, and went fast in our house.

Kim. We drove by that everyday driving to and from our site, but we were too early (6am) or too late (7pm or later) to want to take the time to stop.

I did take note of the "Area Stupid" sign. o_O

The gas station one off ramp east had fuel cheaper than in town, so that was our go to for gas.

Yeah, we were on our way out of town heading home, and passed it... I was like, well, we gotta go see what that's all about. Stupid expensive, but the novelty was fun. Spent $60 on some jerky, cotton candy labeled as "alien poop", and a few toys. Oh well, kids are happy, so money well spent I guess. ;)

All my photos from my camera are too big of a file for the site to load, but the ones MarcoPolo took and sent me load with no problem. So, I'm waiting for him to get his stuff up on FB and suggested he'd join the forum to post his stuff; since he was our photographer/video guy.

I'd try uploading them to Imgur and sharing the link here. It's a free image sharing site that I've been using for over a decade (mostly for Reddit back in the day). You can upload there, and then link the album it creates here as a comment. (if you want to try that)
