Carli Suspension Bronco Front Bumper

We just completed the pictures for our production unit and wanted to share them here, first!

1. 100% USA MADE: Construction is 3/16" Cold rolled US Steel in the center section, 1/8" on the wings.
   Modular design ensures ease of shipping; not designed to run only the center section
2. Satin Black Powder Coat for finish longevity with a Stainless Carli Logo Plate.
3. Accommodates factory parking sensors; for those without parking sensors, the bumper will come with amber lights that are a direct fit into the sensor holes.
4. The bottom of the bumper has a channel to ensure proper airflow to the intercooler with adjacent D-Ring recovery points.
5. Sleek profile with a center section built to accommodate up to a Warn VR EVO 12-S Winch (Installed in pictures below is the Warn XEON 10-S) WITH more clearance for the factory front camera than any bumper on the market.
6. Designed to integrate Baja Designs XL80 PRO in forward-facing cutouts and S2 diffused in the bumper side/rock light.
7. Seamless integration to the Carli Skid Plate
8. We will not offer provisions for the ACC - there are several kits on the market that effectively relocate this module, any one of them can be paired with our bumper. If equipped, this module WILL require relocation.

We engineer products we want to run - we ran a competitors product that blocked our front camera with this same winch. After an exhaustive search, we're in the bumper business, now!

These are all sensitive systems, for sure. I know someone that was in sales for a company that sold re calibration equipment to collision shops for these types of safety systems as the manufacturer calls for calibration upon removal and re-installation in the SAME location. I've not seen any empirical data relating to the impact of relocating sensors of this type but would be interested to know the result. Frankly, it's why we ordered our Wildtrak without the system.

That said, we installed this bumper on the another bronco with the IVD relocation bracket and the user said the system still functions as it did from the factory.

The wings are detachable - this was for ease of shipping. If you ran it without the wings, you couldn't run the factory parking sensors.

Test fitting is complete across multiple models and first production run is complete - these will be ready to ship in the next 2-3 weeks as we're only waiting on boxes and for me to have time to draft the instructions.

No intent, we feel the fabricated offers a more finished look so that's what we designed.

Easy fix as there are crash bar delete kits to replace that body-mount!
