How long did your Bronco windshield actually last?

First month? First road trip? Still holding strong?

We’ve seen enough cracked Bronco windshields at this point to know it’s not a rare problem — especially once you start putting real miles on it.

To show some love to the Bronco6G community, we wanted to run something special.

From now until March 31st (11:59PM), all ExoShield ULTRA DIY Kits are $50 off. No code needed, just use the link below and the discount is automatically applied.

👉 Shop Bronco ULTRA Kit Here

Spring road trips, trail runs, and actually using your Bronco are right around the corner — and all it takes is one bad rock to turn a small chip into a full replacement.

Start the season off right and give your Bronco the best chance of staying out of the cracked windshield club this year.

Drop your experience below — curious how long everyone’s lasted.

And if you’re already running ULTRA, feel free to share how it’s held up.

Appreciate all the support — here’s to fewer cracks and more miles.

That’s a great deal! I installed mine last year. My main concern for me was protecting my windshield during the Rebelle Rally. My experience: IT DID ITS JOB!

There have been teams in the past that needed their windshields replaced and with the Broncos being notorious for chips and cracks (just like jeeps) that was the last thing I wanted myself and my teammate to be worrying about.

There were many times I had huge rocks hit the windshield. I’m happy to say no cracks or chips. The only damage was to the film itself and it’s very minor.

I’ve also driven from Texas to Cali and back and did have rocks kicked up to the windshield from truckers and they hit HARD! I really do think that if I didn’t have the Exoshield ultra installed I would have definitely had a few chips!

That’s awesome to hear and huge respect for running the Rebelle Rally 👊

This is exactly the kind of use case ULTRA was built for. When you’re dealing with that level of terrain and constant rock impact, it’s not really a question of if your windshield gets hit, it’s how well it holds up when it does.

Really appreciate you sharing your experience! Hearing real-world experiences like this (especially under those conditions) helps a lot of other owners make the call.

And the fact that the only damage was to the film, that’s exactly what we want. Way cheaper and easier to replace than a full windshield.

Great deal, I didn’t know of your company and a few searches pointed to Amazon. So I don’t know what I got, still in box, weather finally getting warm enough to install. Is there differences between Brands that makes a difference: thickness, hardness (softness), clarity.

I’ll look at your product next time.

When getting ceramic window tint installed, I asked TintWorld their opinion. He essentially tried to say not to install based on clarity and film care. Wipers, Grit & Bugs cause damage impacting clarity. He recommended to just replace windshield as needed.

I thought it’d be better to change protection film when needed. I’m not one that likes to replace windshields.

** Edit:
I did find what I have:
It's by ShieldMe, Bogar Tech Design. Material Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) 7 mil thick. Self-Healing, UV resistance, Precut to Bronco.

Give me your opinion and comparison... before I install I'd like to know the difference.

My original OEM windshield lasted 5 months (3,500 miles) thanks to the 💩 roads in SC. 🫩

Whoa!! Yeah we don’t want that! It sucks they are so notorious for chips and cracks but I’m glad they made something to prevent that!

Near the edge/frame is the worst place. I'd jump on that quick. Mine was near the very edge and within a week it was 8" long. 🫣
