Didn't see where someone created these and took it as an opportunity to learn. They're not perfect and if you're any kind of a decent CAD designer you'll cringe, but they fit and look decent enough for now.

Should probably mention they were created for a family member's bronco as theirs are all black and they think that the vent tabs are hard to seen when its dark.

Well damn, I've looked for a file for these since I bought my bronco last September. Finally gave in and bought a set like 2 weeks ago . God job, they look great. Are they just pressure fit or need adhesive?

Pressure fit, there's two small clips that keep them in place, similar to the OEM, but the OEM has clips on both top and bottom.
Ok I just read the description on printables. The ones I ordered are just covers with tape inside, they slide over the factory tabs.

My son just got done printing the passenger door pocket cup holder. Screws are on order and coming in Friday. Going back through these pages I gave up trying to find the original post but whomever designed these did a FANTASTIC job.

My wife insists on bringing at least two cups with her on every trip: one for water and one for coffee. This leaves me with zero cup holders. Only really bothers me when we get breakfast or lunch to go and I dont have a place to keep my drink. Then it kinda really annoys me so your door panel holder is perfect! Its going to save my marriage even!

Between the door cup holders and my son's seatbelt holders he's printed two things that can't be bought for my wife's Bronco. My daughter will be working on a Sunrider headliner in about 2 weeks once she gets done with a school project. Shes going into fashion design for college and is very talented. Ill post pics of that in a separate thread when we get to that project. The goal is noise reduction. Without something there we're at 81 decibels at highway speed. Hoping to drop it into the mid 70's. The liner will be attached front and back and on the bars between. It'll be a sandwich of UV and waterproof material with 1/4" neoprene in between. We're designing it to stay on during highway driving with the top either up or down.

Once thats done both kids will have made Mom's rig better than factory.

All that just to say thanks for inspiring us with this thread. Who knows? Maybe both kids will end up creating a Bronco Aftermarket parts company one day?

(The engine block business card holders and key chains are for car shows for him to sell. We have a 68 Mustang that we're going to start showing. Hes 13. I'm trying to give him the entrepreneurial bug. Not hocking them here. Just explaining)

Glad you liked them! I’m shocked with how many people have made them at this point! I’m still thinking of a clever way to do the rears.

I think it was 8mm length is what I used no need for inserts, they have held great in my case. Those turned out great!
Do you take the doors off at all? Any issues with them fitting in bags? Just curious. Still waiting on the recall before I can even finish buying my '26. Thanks.

Theyre honestly the best door pockets out there.

I do but I made them before winter and haven’t had an opportunity to take them off this year, they should still fit in the bags

Okay, Do you store the bags inside the Bronco or somewhere exterior? Thank you very much!

We need someone to scan and make a file for the upfitter switches bezel. The switches themselves can be purchased directly from Ford for around $120
