When installing my Adam's Driveshafts I didn’t get the pinion nut tight enough, even though I followed the steps to a tee in the workshop manual. I think the splines were a little tight and that's where I messed up.

Anyways, the pinion kissed the diff lock magnet casing and that is where the metal was from. Pulled the case apart and no other metal found and the oil looked great. Now just waiting on a new crush sleeve, pinion nut and seal and it will get put back together this coming weekend.

I have been looking for one to swap out my plastic bumper with. Looks like you have a big bend too, any issues with sensors? I read somewhere that the corner ones on the steel bumper have a different holder.

I do have a Big Bend and did not have sensors. Took me a while to find a steel bumper without the sensors holes so when I did I jumped all over it.

Today I repaired my soft top back glass corner that finally gave up the ghost recently. Was either pay $300 for a new one from Ford or $3 in the rivets. Saving for a hard top anyways so if this doesn’t last forever that’s alright.

Last Anza Borrego camping trip for the season a couple weeks ago, and a couple days ago I installed Icon adjustable track bar and Rockjock track bar relocation kit. Track bar damn near level now. Completed an alignment today, everything came out titties!

Installed the Maximus frame horn reinforcement kit and finally wired up my winch to the aux panel

I only got fronts. I lost my hardware packet so it's all stainless 1/4" bolts now.

Pretty impressed so far with MPG going up by 2 mpg and installed the Wagner Intercooler today to help try and get a little more out of it. So with ProCal tuning, Cold Air Intake and larger Intercooler and I have a 1200 mile trip next week so will see how much improvement there is. Will update with details once I get back.

Ordered some 34" K02's for my wife's Bronco. Stock is 33". Im going to sneak up 1" every time I replace the tires so she doesn't notice. I'll also do a slight 1" body lift when she's not looking. If she says something about it getting harder to reach the door I'll just tell her shes getting old and shrinking.


Think my plan will work?
