I'm 6'6" and (unfortunately) in most cars my eyes are level with the rear view mirror which blocks my field of vision a bit.

I'm glad that the Bronco has an arm that is double adjustable, I can rotate the whole arm up at the window pivot, and then adjust the angle of the mirror itself properly. However, I'd like to lift the mirror another inch or so if possible. Good news is, there is room above the mirror to make this happen.

I see two reasonable options. Replace the arm with one that is slightly longer and has a a bend or "S" curve to it... I've never seen anything like this before. Does it exist?

Or, if the arm is not easily removable... cut it in half and add an adaptor that lifts it up. I bet this could be 3D printed.
Something like this where the two halves of the factory arm slip into a snug fitting adaptor, could have a couple holes for set screws to keep it secure.

I've seen a few posts about this, glad to know I'm not the only one. This may be a solid little item for somebody to make and sell.

I haven't done it to the Bronco, yet, but I've been known to remove the center mirror and just use the external mirrors, and camera.

I'm 6-9 and had no issues when we had a '25 Badlands and even less with the '26 BRaptor with the integrated camera. My wife is 6' and has no issues. We both like the new camera/rearview mirror setup. Plus I lower the seat all the down. Guess what I'm suggesting is swapping the mirror instead.

I have this same issue. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up to an intersection and completely not seen anyone to my right only to have to slam on the brakes when we both try to proceed at the same time. I've gotten good at the "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry" gesture.

Mostly out of curiosity sake, but is your seat lowered as low as possible?

Yes, the seat is all the way down...

When I autocrossed my Cutlass I adjusted the mirror way up to the point it was useless. But seeing to the right is more important than what's behind you, especially when you're the only one on the course!

I may buy a spare stem and see what I can come up with. If I can make a rough drawing maybe I can get a 3D printer to take a shot at it, or somebody like Send Cut Send.

I would LOVE to find a solution to do this as well. It creates a significant blind spot for me. I’m surprised there’s nothing that slides onto the windshield mounted button with the back raised an inch or two. Something like that between the stock mirror and stock windshield button would be a simple install.

Shit.. you two got kids? Theyre gonna grow up to be monsters.

I mean.. they're all monsters between 12 and 23.. stature wise is really what I'm referring to.
