Hi everyone,

I just finished a project based on a brushless pump.
I bought the bracket, receiver, and hose reel from a Chinese website.
I also ordered a custom-made connection between the pump and receiver, as the kit came with a connection for a standard pump.

The wiring took a lot of time, so I decided against extending the wiring and replaced it entirely with the required length (about 5 meters).

When I first turned it on, I was shocked by the noise and vibration on the body (I think this is normal, but I've never encountered such powerful compressors). I decided to seal the entire bracket and the connections to the body with a vibration-insulating layer. The noise went down a bit, and the vibration is gone.

I'll post one photo for now; I'll take more in weekend.

Sorry, English isn't my native language.

Additions.
I'll set links to the bracket and pump where I bought . Also, a few photos.
Please excuse the dirt under the hood; I was conquering a swamp. 🫣.
The pump is activated via AUX6.
Today I had time to test it. My size 35 tire was inflated from 0 to 2.7 bar in 1.5 minutes! I'm very pleased; it's faster than I expected!
I really liked the feature that allows you to fill the air tank with air, after which the pump stops working, but need to seal all the hoses. I did this with common plumbing tape. A filled tank instantly gives the wheel about 0.5 bar with the pump turned off.
Some alarming things:
1. I was puzzled by the temperature of the hose coming out of the pump; I literally burned myself. Now I need to figure out how to prevent the wires from touching the hose;
2. I didn't wait for the cooling fan to turn off, even though 10 minutes had passed, so I had to leave the car with the fan

@Skif2010 your English is really good, no problem and better than a lot that have American English as a native language!

I have a good friend that married a lady from Kazakhstan in Savannah GA a few years ago. She is a violin teacher and top performer. Her and her sister have been in the USA for about a decade and became American citizens. Would love to see some of your off road trips in your country!

Your post is at a perfect time for me. I had a ARB twin compressor in an undersea mount on a Jeep I had 10 years ago. It worked great. Just got a Braptor 3 weeks ago and want another air compressor badly but trying to get over the cost of ARB compressors these days! They have gone up $500+ since I last bought one 10 years ago.

I am trying to figure out if I want something like a EZFlate/MorrFlate style or smaller ARB twin style. I plan to mount it close to where you have your ARB amounted but lower near the floor and the rear on a side Molle panel I have.

Thoughts on adding a 1 gallon air tank too? The ARB twin in a case with 1gallon tank is nice but it is $1000!!!! I can get a EZ or Morrflate with NO TANK and a deflater/inflater and 4 hose kit for right under $600.

THOUGHTS AND SUGGESTIONS???

Hey bro, thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it. Say hello from Karaganda to your friend's wife; she'll definitely understand)))

I'm not familiar with EZFlate/MorrFlate products, but a quick search showed me an attractive price, which is important.

Here are some of my reasons for choosing and installing this kit:
1. Firstly, it's beautiful))) I love high-quality and beautiful things, but sometimes it's hard on the wallet...
2. I read a lot of reviews about the brushless ARB, and the main complaint is the long cooling time. This was the main reason I decided against installing it under the hood, where it's already hot as hell;
3. Another reason is maximizing trunk space; my installation took up practically unused space behind and above the arc.

The Molle panel mounting option is a good option, but it takes up a certain amount of space in my work area, where I constantly have things dangling and can damage expensive pump. You always need to be careful about securing the load.

Essentially, a 1-gallon tank isn't necessary. In practice, it only provides a small air reserve for an immediate pressure boost and cools the air after the compressor (I've seen posts about melted hoses). If you use high-quality hoses, I don't think the temperature issue will be a problem.
My reason for buying a tank was simply to test its practical benefits, as well as the potential use of hydraulic tools.
