Is Raingler a legitimate company?

Is Raingler Nets and Barriers a scam? Website seems nice https://raingler.com and I believe a few people on here have them.

I placed and ordered for a net for behind the back seat on 12/19/2025 said that it would be 12-14 weeks, which was fine an expectation was set. I requested a link April 14 to check status received a link no update. After that I emailed April 24 asking for a status, things happen and get backed up but definitely past the 12-14 weeks, no reply. Call the 866.905.7625 leave a voicemail.

Forgot about it a little bit then called 361-877-3179 on a Sunday May 3rd. I knew it would not be open no big deal leave voicemail for someone to call. Voicemail sounded as it was a personal cell again no big deal. Later that day, 10pm I missed a call from this number. It was a butt dial for sure and someone is having a friendly conversation on my voicemail. Called there 866.905.7625 from the link on the wed page and it pulls up in into the phone as the 361 number. I manually dial the 866 number goes into the same voicemail.

May 4th I received an email
"Hello Todd,
Thanks for your patience! Currently we are working to get through an unusually large amount of essential services and emergency responder orders right now and some orders are longer than average 12 week build time estimated on order confirmation . I do not have a hard date but expect this order to ship by end of the month.
If you are able to wait it is most appreciated and will definitely update you as soon as it’s packaged and awaiting pickup.
If you are in an urgent, time sensitive situation please let me know.

End of the month no update.

Anyone have any dealings with Raingler just curious if I got scammed by Raingler or if they are legit.

Raingler listed in Washington State but 361 is Texas number.

Same issue on past orders for my Bronco and Wrangler. Identical email respons. He has produced and shipped high quality products so I have been patient.

My guess is he is a small shop with backlog, if you have time to wait for delivery you will be happy with your product.

I've not personally dealt with this company but I did find this under the "Shipping Terms" link on their website.

"We are currently experiencing extended production times for non-essential and non-emergency orders, with lead times averaging approximately 6 months. Some products may require additional time depending on demand and order specifications."

My order took 6 months to get. Nice quality, no problems other than the time to get it

I appreciate the replies. I would rather support a small shop and have a quality product. With no communication just started to seem suspect. Sounds as if my experience is no different than yours.

Understood, originally email was 12-14 weeks, no communication after that. My concern was about making sure that it was legitimate, and did not waste money. Which we have witnessed happen in the aftermarket community.
