Did recently post this on Reddit but I will share here as well - maybe it’ll inspire a weekend project for someone
Wanted a way to be able to store RTT, rack, hardtop, and also to be able to do it myself so I built a haul system and a rolling storage shelf
Was able to add a shelf to store crossbars/kayak rack and a bike hitch carrier as well
It took about 2 hours to strip everything off the Bronco, hoping to get it down to 1 1/2 eventually
Rough dimensions are 8’ tall, 7 1/2’ wide and 4’ deep
This is my first project/build ever, but I think it came out pretty good. Those who know what they’re doing could probably fine tune it a little further
I didn’t document anything - it was a measure and build as I went type of project but I’ll try to answer any questions anyone has
Check out the Reddit link to see a timelapse video removing tent, rack and hardtop
