Looking at a new set of aftermarket wheels and 35" BFG KO3's for the summer time and using my stock 35's for the winter months here in Ontario, anyone know if a 9" wide rim with a 0 offset will work? Link to the actual wheels in question below.

A 17x9 with 0 offset will work with no issues. The picture below is my wife's Heritage Edition with Ion Alloy 171. They are for sale since we just upgraded to Fuel Wheels and 37s.

Lots of people have run 0 offset 9" rims. I'm not sure what the scrub radius is afterwards, or if people even worry about it much. You will probably be able to fetch a pretty penny for the wheels that came with it!

I'm leaning towards 11.5" rubber rather than the more common 12.5 as they will almost always be on road, assuming better MPG and possibly less noise with a 11.5", might also reduce the chance of rubbing with 0 offset?

Toyo OC AT3 makes a nice 35x11.50. I am running these on stock heritage wheels with spacers.

Why spacers? Just curious, I'm not well versed in wheels, offsets etc, still learning...just trying to get my online order right so I'm not stuck with a mess.

I like the wider stance for better stability, especially since I narrowed the tires a tad from stock. The added poke using 1.25" spacers is not noticeable to the untrained eye, which is what I wanted.

Makes sense, so if I go with 0 offset wheels than it should have the same outcome but not as drastic?

30mm = 1.18", so you would have slightly less poke than a 1.25" spacer (if the aftermarket wheel is same width as OEM)

Spacers correct offset that the wheel actually has. So if you want a rim that has 30mm offset, 1.25" spacers more or less correct for that to make it effectively 0mm. It's generally better to get the offset you want on the wheel, but generally if you can't because your desired offset isn't offered, spacers are a reasonable way to adjust for that.
