FWIW, I had a Borla exhaust on my 2020 Rubicon and when driving through Nevada on my way to Wyoming, I started to smell something nasty. When I got to my destination and was able to inspect. The exhaust had melted the corner of the rear trunk compartment (similar to what is in the Bronco). Pretty sure that you don't have to worry about that with the Bronco, but what bothered me was when I called Borla, they seemed very concerned, and said they would get back to me. Which they did, they said they tested a jeep they had at the HQ and could see how it could happen. They said that they were going send me some heat protection material (which was all that I wanted or needed, and they offered it), but never did. I contacted them a couple more times and was ghosted. I bought some heat protection material on Amazon and never had another issue. My experience with Borla was good initial customer service to terrible follow through. I'm interested in this thread because I'm thinking of getting the DV8 compartment part that makes it bigger and wonder if it might be worth it to just change the muffler while I'm doing it to hopefully get more space and clearance.

Not exhaust related but I have the DV8 compartment and it's awesome. I already had the Corsa when I did it so install was much easier lol. Definitely one of those "might as well while I'm down there" things, though...

Here are the promised review (obviously not sponsored… I wish haha)
Attached 2 sound clips, one stock one with the corsa cat back turn down.

Much more bass and throatier without being excessively loud. On cold start it sounds great, once warmed up, on idle as well as cruising it drops to almost silent. Guess the advertised reflective drone technology does work!
On throttle it gives a really nice tone without being annoying.
I like that it doesn’t try to make it sound like a sports car or a muscle car, just sounds… more like it’s bigger body on frame truck peers 😆.

Installation was pretty simple. The bolts on the flanges connecting to the CAT is in a pretty tight spot but it’s not difficult by any means.
The front mount muffler sits close to the driveshaft but not concerns close, if the drive shaft somehow hits the muffler there are bigger things to worry about.

Happy to answer any more questions or provide more vid/pic if need be!

Where the Stock muffler used to sit (underneath trunk storage area) is now empty, the corsa is pretty much straight back from the cat, over the axel, and ends sitting close to the back bumper.
I know a lot of ppl that got the DV8 (or equivalent) bigger trunk storage area had issue with heat but that will not be an issue here.
Where the front mount muffler sit right now is next driveshaft but has ample empty space around it. I do not think heat build up will be a problem.

Do you find it too loud? I have read and seen a lot of reviews that suggest it's pretty loud, those who made those reviews liked the sound however.
I personally do not find it too loud, but every vehicle I have ever owned had had a modified exhaust.

I could see how it might seem loud to some, not to me, all personally subjective.

Corsa on the way. Just ordered. There was a discount code on the bottom of their webpage. I think was was like $160 off the already "sale" price.

For those that have a Borla. I realigned the exhaust again for the 4th time. It’s now not even close to the brake line and I impossible to make contact even pulling on the exhaust extremely hard. I then jacked up one side to simulate articulation and the exhaust has about an inch before it hits drive shaft. I tried moving the exhaust towards the driveshaft pulling hard on muffler and it would not make contact with the drive shaft. So if you get the Borla on the 2 door be extremely careful when installing and and ensure everything is perfectly centered.

Can you believe that I ordered the Corsa yesterday morning and it's scheduled to be delivered today. I have a FedEx tracking for it that shows it right around the corner. I guess I ordered it from CSP Racing. I thought I bought it from Corsa, but I guess not, or CSP is doing fulfillment for them? Saving $160 and getting it the next day, I'm not going to complain about that. Hopefully the package isn't filled with a bunch of rocks.

On edit: The box showed up and looks correct and undamaged. I ordered it yesterday, Sunday at 9:00am and it was delivered today, next day by 1:30pm and it came FedEx (not Amazon). That is amazing.

Got the Corsa insalled last night. Wasn't too hard at all however I have Metal Tech RRR Rock Sliders and there is a bolt that goes through the frame that interfered slightly with the Corsa bracket that bolts to the frame. Had to modify it with a grinder a little bit (shown below). My only concerns with this exhaust is that it does seem pretty close to the bolt head that attaches the rear upper control arm and also the driveline but only time will tell if that will be a problem. I'm also going to add more heat shield to the underside of the floorboard. Half of the floorboard above the muffler is protected with a factory heat shield, I'm simply going to extend the protection. Not sure if it's that necessary, but I cannot see how it could hurt. As for sound, I like it. You can actually hear what the engine is doing but when you get to cruising speed, it's quiet like stock until you ask for more revs.
