2026 ProCal Ford Tune 2.3L

I just tried to install the new 2025 procal tune for my 2.3L at ford. It’s a 2026 model but the engine is the same.

Mechanic told me he can’t install it. It isn’t out yet as per his phone call to the ford support team. I live in Canada.

Anyone have any thoughts? I’d hate to have spent over $1000 for something that doesn’t work.

Mechanic? Its the easiest DIY job, don't gotta get raked over the coals for labor costs unless you don't have a PC

Thanks CarmeloS. I don’t have a pc or windows 7 which i believe you need as well. I just wanted it done at ford so if anything happens it’s on them.

Nothing you can do but wait. There is always a delay with new model years whether there's any change or not.

Haha only difference is no tail pipe tests or inspectations al all in most of Canada of any consequence, can run coal rollers, junkers, no cats, super old diesels and tuned diesels, etc..... need tripple cabin carbon filtration systems had to hit my recirc button 6 times today to prevent noxious pollution getting into cabin LOL. Carbon cabin filters last two months max and thats non forest fire armegeddon summer ....need to order a couple more.

Can use what ever tune and fuel want in Canada....

I too bought the new tune and don’t yet have possession of my ‘26 vehicle. I reached out to the vendor to see it I could return it. They suggested that I call Ford performance to see if they’ll be releasing a different tune for 26MY 2.3L broncos. I did that and was told that, when available, it will use the same tune. So mine is sitting, still waiting for my vehicle to arrive and for the 26MY unlock.

I haven’t seen anything. Your best option is probably to reach out to ford performance

2023 didn't come out until August. I think one year it was like November. You really just have to wait. I think @LethalPerformance announces when they have it available, you might see if they have a mailing list.

Ford Performance typically emails us the info just before they launch it on their site. So we make sure to update ours and then make everyone aware once the site has been updated for the new fitment dada.
