Do the mounting holes line up? Or did you have to drill something out? Here are some pics of the frame rails.
Bronco (Top) vs. F150 (Bottom) - quite a big difference
Very cool project though!

They don’t. The thought is to swap the rails from the Bronco to the F150 seat. Gonna have to weld them more than likely.Do the mounting holes line up? Or did you have to drill something out?

UnlikelyIf you swap a seat with memory... Would the memory feature work?
Really confused as why Bronco doesn't have this OLD AF feature.
Wash out feature plus an electric motor is a bad idea.Really confused as why Bronco doesn't have this OLD AF feature.
But doesn't the leather optioned power seats have electric motors/modules?Wash out feature plus an electric motor is a bad idea.
My wife's Sahara with HEEPs luxury package is a manual seat. (Although leather).
I assume because they are also based around wash out features.
Very cool writeup, I am lookign to do the same thing, shopping around for seats now.
In the post with the wiring diagrams fro the Bronco and F150 I didnt see anything about the heated seat wire, I assume it is in the same connector?

A lot depends on how much of your extra height is legs vs. torso. I'm only 5'11", but I still run into a lot of problems with some vehicles, with the seats not fitting my body thanks to my unusually long torso. I'm almost always the tallest person in the room when we're all sitting down.Interesting. I’m 6’2”, 34” inseam. Never experienced any issues with the Bronco seats. My 18 F150 Lariat did have some nice comfy seats though. Now my old Gladiator seats are a different story. They were brutal.
