Roof Rack Woes....any product recommendations?

I have the Hooke road for the 4 door, and while it's strong enough it's very noisy....especially with cross winds. I hope to pick up my RTT this upcoming week so I'll update this and see if it gets better.

I have the hooke road rack on my 4 door wikdtrak and don't find it noisy at all. Even at 85mph on the highway the noise is minimal. I throw my big Thule box on when needed and it works like a charm.

Do you have the old version or the newer one?

I too have the Hooke Road. 4D Bad Sas. The only time I “hear” it is with the front and middle roof panels off, and then only over 60mph…

Leitner Designs make a really nice rack for the Bronco, but they don't seem to promote it once.

Warning: All Leitner gear is VERY expensive.

Also, with this rack, you can't remove the driver's roof panel, right?
