I posted this on the Colorado specific 6G forum with no response. Any thoughts from the Trip Report section?
I'm planning on running the Argentine Pass trail and, in particular, the side trail to the Santiago Mine above the Waldorf Mine site. I ran the Webster Pass trail this past fall and this seems to be another nice option for the Montezuma area. My main question, after watching some videos on the Santiago Mine side trip, is that the brush on that narrow trail would pretty seriously pin stripe a Bronco. I know, I know, that's what it's for, right? I just still have that 'shiny new Bronco' mental block against adding that kind of 'detail' just yet.
I've read some trail reports on onX Offroad, but none address the side trail to the Santiago Mine. Anybody out there with recent experience on the Argentine Pass and Santiago Mine trails?
