Seems like someone did it a couple years back and it was .. ho-hum. But I'm going off memory which is frequently clouded by imbibement.

I wanna say the charge pipes and IC were the bigger bang for the buck, followed by the move to higher stage turbos. Throttle itself wasn't really a constraint for anything, even after doing those upgrades. But again, Sailor Jerry memory.
