There is no 'mount' on the dash with the lux package (as far as I know) but the lux package does give you a power point on the dash. I'm assuming usb c and a. although it is round so it could be a 12 volt for all I know.

There will be plenty of aftermarket options here. (I also need a sunshade for the phone so it doesn't get too hot.)

Wait. What? We know exactly what's going on up there.

Threaded mounting hole, center of the dash.

Two USB ports. A and C.

Mounts but only lux has the ports, which is super duper dumb. Like no one plugs in anything up on the dash....

Looks like that panel is also including the B&O speaker? So, it explains why it's only on the Lux; they were running cable there anyway. It looks easy enough to switch out for aftermarket or possibly a strong 3D printed PETG panel...

Here's the brand new 4WP rail on a non-lux, non-B&O center speaker bronco.

That appears to insinuate that there are two different dash panels; one for Lux and one for the rabble. It would be more cost effective if it were just a small panel that was unique, but some exec probably thought that the peons would just avoid buying Lux unless they had this ridiculous level of exclusivity. Sucks.

Or that the upgraded stereo needed a nice speaker up there so you can crank up over the wind noise. :p

Where did this thing go? OBL must have the scoop!
Likely quietly scrapped when a mounted accessory didn't stay mounted during crash testing. I'd bet a dollar ($1) this won't be available from Ford but will be aftermarket. Either way will have "off-road use only" stickers all over it.

And no where did it say the rail was part of the Lux package I bet. Mounting hole, sure but not the rail.

If by "quietly scrapped" you mean recently announced as a 4WP item... then yes.
