Nothing. So happy I didnāt get an early build despite my very early res as the golden ticket orange Braptor has just exceeded expectations across the board and made the wait worth it. Amazing truck.
I had a black 991.2 911 that lived its entire life outside during the four years I owned it. I bought it used with 25,000 miles on it and sold it with 70k. I had XPel and ceramic coating put on it right after I bought it. The prep work made all the difference and the car looked completely...
Iāve yet to use our Ford ESP plan, but we are out of warranty on our early build Braptor. So we shall see if it was worth it.
Now our unlimited miles/unlimited years warranty on our Pacifica Minivan⦠wow paid for itself 8x - 10x. No joke. Hoping we donāt have the same first year gremlins with...
It's definitely all relative, as $80K is a ton of money, but this is an amazing truck for sub $80K (where they MSRP'd fully loaded when we got ours ... the good ol' days). I think if I didn't like things turned to 11, I'd prefer a Heritage as a daily, but since I'm always in for a penny, in for...
Iām 2 years and 4 months into Braptor ownership. Itās wide and can make parallel parking a pain, but Iāve also just parked on my fair share of curbs. Itās tall and Iāve run across some parking garages that were absolutely too low. Iām seeing 15.1 mpg since new.
All of that does not matter...
A quote from my wife whose minivan is down for repairs, so she had to grab the BRaptor for the day. Then we got a surprise dump of snow that dumped 5 inches of slop during the afternoon commute.
She gets it now. :)
Two other cars in our garage that I PPFād:
our road tripping 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Itās now at 130k miles, always been outside, and the front end is perfect. The rest of it, that wasnāt wrapped looks like itās been through a war zone. Iād do it again, highway miles are brutal.
2017 911...
Agree that some colors look really good (Velocity Blue!), but now that I've had some experience off road in this, there's no way I'd want painted fender flares. This thing IS wide, the trails are narrow in the North East - and Stealth on the black was the way to go for me. If I were never...
I would love something easy. Only thing I miss from my 392XR is the Sky One Touch top. So easy. Loved it. Have never taken the top / pieces off our Raptor. Want to thoughā¦
So Iāve plugged / had a few tires plugged in my days, but never a 37āer that would potentially see the type of use that this guy will see. Anything different to consider?
Was going to bring my 15 year old, but not at a grand. Signed up for myself though. Should be fun to drive someone elseās Raptor hard and get the coaching / training!
The 392XR is a great Jeep. Loved ours. One Touch top and that engine⦠Amazing. But, the Raptor TROUNCES it in literally every other measure. I would never go back. But a 392XR is way better than NO Raptor. The availability issues and these price hikes are rediculous. Oh and it was...
