Hey ya'll,
Do any of you know if ghost headlights can be "fixed" with some Forscan exorcism?
Did my best to find a thread here on this topic. Please share a link if you know of one.
These ghost headlights are annoying.. Although.. I love that they scare my neighbour haha
That "new" top looks like it was never built right. Or like some folks are saying - it came from some backup of a backup of a scrap pile. No QC at all.
I believe you can hire an independent appraiser, get the current state of your vehicle appraised, and start a Diminished Value case against...
Worth trying them out. I'll give them a shot. Thanks so much for sharing!
Update on the high quality spanner Eibach provides: The welded pin broke.
I use a Tein spanner a neighbour gave me. All metal. No welds.
Can you please share (dm) the Etsy store? Won't hurt to ask. Most of the Etsy stores I asked weren't able to do the design, but were willing to print it.
On the road I run 29 cold. 5 minutes of driving gets them up to 32psi at a surface temp of 75F. On my way to Crater Lake recently I was running on a 110F surface temp and tires got to 37 psi on the hwy.
In the mud I got them down to 10 psi, and I was pretty confident they won't pop out of bead...
There is a bit of a long story behind the name and color.
I've been an avid model car collector for about 20 years now. We're talking tens of thousands of model cars.
Back in 2012 I found a Bronco model car that I absolutely loved. It was gray/silver with a black top, two seater, etc.
So I...
Update to the build:
Roof Rack: Redrock XT1
Finally found a decent roof rack, that doesn't need the OEM rails. It is suprisingly good quality. It gets wind noise over 85 mph (its more of a resonance), but again... I only drive over the posted speed limits when I'm south of the border (or on the...
Just a quick shoutout to this person who was fixing a chipped windshield at my office. He came by asking who owns the Bronco, saying he can fix the nasty rock chip on the windshield.
Dude did it in 15 minutes and charged me really REALLY low price. Not going to disclose exact $, because I think...
The truck had the coilovers first installed + alignment done in February. At the time almost everything was good, except that front driver side coilover dropped by 1/4 of an inch. It did so on its own, which was bizzare. I then adjusted it back to the originally set height with the (jankiest...
Ohhh la la...
Followed SnowBronco's advice and went through all bolts and nuts to check if any of them were loose. Found out rear LCA bolts (on both driver and passanger side) were not torqued enough. They were tight, but not enough I suppose. For the sake of the video, I drove one more time...
Here is an attemp for a better video with some fancy shmancy slo-mo. It seems it aint the UCA, but maybe LCA? Tomorrow during daylight I'll attempt to duct tape my phone to another part of the underbody to record the LCA.
