Thanks, I finally did read the post. So they come on with the parking lights/headlight but are off during the day. I'm thinking I'm going to hook them up to one of my switches since I also have a light bar coming with a backlight option that I think I would like on during the day since the...
Quick question, which I'm sure the answer lies somewhere in the previous ten pages (TLDR), do these come on with the DRLs and stay on the whole time the Bronco is running (day or night)? I already have them, just trying to figure out how they are supposed to work before the install. Thanks
There might be some states that do not require it. I used to do it with my 2005 Rubicon LJ before I knew it was a law. Unfortunately, Ford isn't saying to make sure you keep your battery charged and you will be safe, they are saying to pull the fuses and leaving no gray area. You would think...
I agree that the 5 minute wait on both sides (connecting and disconnecting) might be the worst part. I remember having to hook up my Rubicon in a snow storm on the side of the road at 4:30am. It would have sucked if I had wait that extra 5 minutes. I do feel that disconnecting the battery...
I just finished that same job about an hour ago. Thought I was done then about 10 minutes later after all tools were put away, I too found a clip. Mine was one of the green plastic ones. It came out of the part that holds all the controls. I had to tear it back apart. Yours could be from that...
I'm in the Monterey area and have a set for sale off of a 2026 Badlands. They were only on for 600 miles, and never off road or even in the dirt. They are for a four door model. I have all the hardware too. Let me know if you are interested. Soon I'll be selling the sasquatch shocks (2.0)as...
Wow, I didn't know that. I thought I was good to go. Luckily, I was able to mount all my RVI parts and avoid the fuse box cover. Although this post was quite upsetting to me, I'm glad I read it. Does anyone know if pulling those fuses still allows the Bronco lights and other functions to...
Is this something that needs to be done on all models? What does EBB mean? I thought that as long as you keep the battery charged it is not an issue. I haven't flat towed yet but I thought I did everything I needed to do to do it, but it didn't think I had to do this.
