  1. RCI vs TrailRax any thoughts?

I have the @RCI Offroad rack and I prefer it mainly because of the straight front fairing and the ease of connecting attachments on their rails. Here are some good angles of it:

  6. 2025 Bronco Hybrid Rumors

Looks like we're getting a hybrid version in 2025 with a face-lift and enhanced drivetrain options as soon as 2024. The expect the Bronco PHEV to be powered by the 2.3-liter EcoBoost I-4 engine and backed by a 10-speed modular hybrid transmission. You have to click through the picture gallery...
  7. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

I just wanted to provide an update: I got the HOSS 3.0 rack installed last week and programmed, and everything is perfect. I tested it out on a local rock crawling trail here in Colorado and the rack performed smooth with no issues, and no error codes/messages.
  8. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Yes he did! He programmed it and it was shipped out this morning. I'll keep you updated on how it matches up and whether I get any errors, even though I most likely won't.
  9. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Thanks for the pics. None of the numbers match up though with what is on @flip 's screen shots on page 90 though. I wonder if he has some insight.
  10. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Tyler said if he had the correct one for me, then he would send it to me, and then when I received mine from Ford to just send him that one. What part number is yours? The one I need is MB3Z-3504-AR
  11. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Thank you! So if I'm reading this correctly, I won't see one until first week of July most likely. I might just get the HOSS 3.0 and have mpeugeot program it for me.
  12. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

I just got the part number from the service tech: MB3Z*3504*AR I see you have one listed there with a G at the end, but then handwritten is AR next to it. What is the difference? And my service tech still doesn't know when I will get my new rack in from Ford. I also, just talked to Tyler...
  13. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Wow, thank you for providing that information. Mine was delivered to me on 2/1/21, so maybe the other rack is for my BL. My service tech told me he put the order in as a rush emergency (or something to that effect). Not sure if that is even a realistic category when ordering parts. Does my...
  14. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

I want to upgrade the rack to the Hoss 3.0 but just breezing through the 80+ pages I keep getting an idea it's not as easy as just a one-to-one swap. Or is it (with a little recoding)??
  15. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Yeah, I live in Colorado and basically hit the trails every weekend so I am definitely adding the extra stress of 37s, a bumper, winch, aftermarket tie rods to the equation to what probably made my BL steering rack fail. But Ford should assume that customers are going to upgrade and go bigger...
  16. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

That is what the Ford tech told me as well. He stated that Ford is relating it to the 37s. I do have a front diff drop bracket so my CV axles angles are back to stock. I am surprised that my 37s would do this though. But are you saying that having the Fabtech tie rods could have had a part of...
  17. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

My steering rack MOTOR is toast. Has anyone had that happened yet?? I brought it in last week because it felt like I lost power steering. They told me the motor is fried, which is why it feels that way. Steering racks are of course on backorder so I don't know when I'm getting it replaced. I...
  18. Bronco Aftermarket Suspension Comparison: Radflo vs. King vs. Icon Stage 7

You just have to call them and they'll send you the replacement ones. I think they're $200
  19. Bronco Aftermarket Suspension Comparison: Radflo vs. King vs. Icon Stage 7

Interesting that he has the reservoirs mounted up there on top of the shock mount. They're supposed to be where mine are in the pics so they don't get bashed in by the UCAs. Why does he have them up there? As far as my setup goes: - Badlands Sasquatch - Running BFG KM3 37" tires - KMC rims...
  20. Bronco Aftermarket Suspension Comparison: Radflo vs. King vs. Icon Stage 7

I love my Radflo's. I've been using Radflo for years on my FJ and 4Runner and they always seem to be very easy to dial-in. With the ones on my Bronco, they only thing I had to do was change out the rear springs for heavier weight ones. The stock rear ones I had came with 500lb springs on the top...
