I have the SL on my Big Bend. They are awesome. Totally changed the look of my Bronco. Haven't had a chance to test them off pavement yet but so far they are great on road. Road noise is a bit more than the factory duelers but nothing excessive.

I haven't had ay experience with their customer service, but everything I have of theirs on my Bronco is top notch stuff.
