I'm guessing pretty typical. We had one at the local dealership that was there well over 6 months & I stopped by one day just to see the price . Told the salesman that's going to be a hard sell. He said yeah, I don't know what Ford was thinking. It eventualy sold.

I can’t imagine paying tax and license plates along with insurance on a $79k Bronco. Yeah I do like the Stropes but the price is out of this world when you can get a Raptor.

Ford as a brand overall sales are down.

Ya'll are giving brand managers too much credit / blame. Brand manager is a marketing position. They have only minor input when it comes to production.That's all down to designers, engineers, and (of course) accountants.

There's people calling for the Brand Manager's job, questioning how someone else got the job of Assistant Brand Manager, speculating they're a DEI hire, saying they have no experience, etc... none of these brand people have final say or significant power when it comes to the Bronco's features.
I mean come on, Assistant Brand Manager at Ford is a position that only requires 2-4 years of experience...these aren't even the people making the final decisions in their department...

Again, there are undeniable issues with the Bronco (mostly in terms of build quality) but that has little to do with the brand managers or marketing.

Tax isn't much more on a Stroppe than a optioned Badlands. One-time percentage rate is the same for both vehicles...that is to say 6.25% is applied to both, so perhaps $1K more, if that. Tags are the same ~$75 or so on both vehicles. And insurance should be similar...

Respectfully speaking, 2024 stood out because they produced nearly twice as many Broncos as they sold, which is nowhere close to normal.

I did , but I probably should have put more context into my blatant short statement as there are many cogs involved, but oh well. it was just geared towards customer feedback loop.
