How hard would it be to buy the 12" screen and install it yourself? I'm assuming the pins and everything else would be similar.
I’ll ask my friend that works in the Sync area.

What was the deal with the dorky song at the end of that video?

As much as I hope that’s the case, I think he might be talking out of his butt.
I think just about every Ford model has at least a few stand alone options, so I'd fully expect Bronco will too. We won't know what they are until the order guide is posted. Tim Bartz is at a dealership, so may have some of this info already.

How familiar are you with ForScan?

There is no way Ford is going to let you option the 12" screen as a stand alone option.
This is from the OB page on ford.com. I don't see any disclaimer that these are only available in a package, so he may be correct.

Optional
  • B&O Sound System by Bang & Olufsen, 10-Speakers including subwoofer
  • SYNC® 4 - 12" LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with Swipe Capability and Enhanced Voice Recognition Open image overlay for SYNC®4 - 12" LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with Swipe Capability and Enhanced Voice Recognition

Maybe he is right. However @Bronco Dealer already said in this thread that dealers don’t have any additional information. So that means he’s reading the same website we are and making some assumptions. Maybe he’s right, but me thinks he’s talking out of his butt and adding to the general mis-information surrounding the bronco and it’s options.

This is also from Ford.com under the optional wheels and tires for the OB, but we know those are just the Sasquatch package. So think we need to take the website with a grain of salt.

Optional
  • 17” Black High Gloss-Painted Forged Aluminum with Warm Alloy Beauty Ring, Beadlock Capable Wheels
  • 315/70R17 BSW Mud-Terrain (M/T) (35")

If it glitches like the JT Gladiator site did...that will be a big mess...we could put almost any combo on it and it allowed it to be sent to the dealer as a would like to order... o_O

That also doesn't say Sasquatch package required. With the promised options and accessories, I'd be amazed if wheels and tires wern't available as stand alone. One thing I do know is I'll be glad when the order guide is published so all of the guessing can stop.

Ok man. I don’t care enough about this to go back and forth anymore after this so I’m just gonna let it go. But the fact that another dealer, @B345T, liked my other post makes me think even more that I’m on the right track.

But that my friend we can agree on!!! I’m so ready for order guides to come out so this speculation can stop. Lol

I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm only taking a guess as well. From what I see, they offer the Sasquatch package and they list wheels and tires as an option. They don't break out any of the other components of the Sasquatch package. That suggests that you can purchase the entire Sasquatch package or just the 35 inch tires and the bead lock wheels.

Going to close this one to stop the spread of unconfirmed info and speculation. Order guides have not hit dealers yet so there is no verified basis for the information being said in this video.

Once the Bronco order guide is available, we'll post it up and all will be known.
