After the recent release of the Order Guide and finding out EG is being discontinued I have been frantically searching for the Bronco I wanted to order next spring.

Of the ones I found; two had been sold the day I called and the third was very far away so I inquired at my local dealer about having it shipped to them.

They told me they had 7 allocations left and I could custom order if I was willing to wait 6-8 weeks. Of course I ordered. I didn't realize I could still order a '25.

So is everything going to be okay ordering a 25 after the 26 order books were opened? Or should I worry?

Badlands
SAS
HOSS 3.0
2.7 + Auto
LUX
Couple other minor items.

Got it for invoice not including rebates.

Long time non-registered lurker, first time poster.
Thanks

Welcome!

You should be okay if they have allocations, but we're getting close enough to the end of the model year that it could be iffy.

If you were ordering a combination that had limited scheduling (ie. manual transmission with Sasquatch), then it would be close. Badlands Sasquatch with the manual transmission would probably schedule, but any other trim with the manual transmission and the Sasquatch package would be extremely iffy.

If you ordered the much more common 10-speed automatic with the options you listed above, then you'll probably be fine.

Thanks for the welcome.

Forgot to mentioned 2.7L so auto by default.

Yeah apart from the color doesn’t look too exotic. And even the color isn’t rare - just a matter of getting all the options to line up on the same build

If you can find one on a lot anywhere in the US I would say you are better off getting that (even if you have to pay shipping or better yet road trip it - you’d likely get a discount for it already being on the lot) - but I don’t see any red flags that would necessarily hold this up —- 7Mt, 2 door, Base model, or special edition orders

Probably a decent chance you'll get the '26 ..

Did you order the 2025 EG Badlands in the 2-door or the 4-door?

2.7 so guessing 4 door since they neutered the 2 door 2.7 to Stroppe-only for MY25
Yep… if you wanted the ultimate 2-door Badlands with the 2.7, SAS, Lux, you needed this one:

When I found out Ford canceled EG I found three in the US the way I wanted. Two had down payments and the third had over $6k in bs dealer options installed.

Would I get a choice to cancel because Eruption Green is the color I want?
Ford will send to a confirmation that they received your order and then later Ford will send you a confirmation of what the order is. Your dealer will also get the order confirmation and should let you know if the order went through as what you ordered - a 2025 in EG. But if it went through as something else because Ford changed the order for whatever reason - or you change your mind for whatever reason - you don't have to take it but your dealer may have to take it (depending on production, etc.) or your dealer may want to take it for its inventory. Then you will have to look for a 2025 in EG in dealer stock somewhere - or try to find a used low mileage one in EG somewhere. Hope that your order goes through as you placed it - I know what I had to go through when Ford changed my order because it stopped making any more 2-doors and manuals for that year of production.

Once they stop producing 25s and start on 26s I don't believe there are any more chances to get a 25, but I could be mistaken!
