  1. Is PPF Wrap Worth it?

Modern paint leaves a bit to be desired. Under 1,000mi on a Hot Pepper Red Bronco there were multiple pits to the hood and A pilars. I touched them up and had the full hood, front fenders, side mirrors, A pilars, grill and headlights. Probably paid $1200 and that included tinting the 2 front...
  2. Goodyear Territory MTs on Stock OBX Wheels

My personal experience with those tires is good other than the part where they throw so many rocks. Ended up putting rokbloks and PPF on a lot if it to help with rock dings. Your step rails will help with rocks hitting your doors but even with them the rear flare will take some knarly hits to...
  3. Warning about Scam on Facebook. Jim's Auto Recycling Inc. (SCAM)

That place had some hard to find Roadrunner seats. Father in law wanted them. After a short phone call with those guys it was obvious it was too good to be true and no money was ever sent. They wanted money sent through cash app at the time, about a year ago. Cant believe that page is still up...
  4. The horse has left the barn

Congrats on the new ride! If you're looking for some good info on that particular truck come over to www.fordtremor.com and have a look around.
  5. How often to wash Bronco?

Doing a complete clean an detail on the Bronco from setup to everything back in the shop will take me right around one hour to do it right and have it like new. Same time it takes me to wash the superduty. For being a smaller rig the Bronco has a bunch of areas that really like to hold debris...
  6. NEW: Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac RT Tires

The AT3 is being phased out for the AT4 soon, fyi. https://www.falkentire.com/wildpeak/at4w
  7. Advice on windshield crack please….

Glass places around us repair them for $50. Cheaper than new glass. The sooner they are repaired the better. Ours got a big dinger driving home from the dealership at 91 miles on odometer. Oncoming semi kicked up a rock. I also carry a glass repair kit that I've only used on a Corolla. It was...
  8. Door module update fixes window flop

This is the biggest gripe we have about the Bronco. Wife has a 2023. We are in the habit of thumbing the door while pulling the handle so the window comes down. It did not do any good though last weekend in the snow ice. Stupid window would not go down. Even after removing the snow prior to...
  9. [CLOSED] GIVEAWAY: DIY Windshield Protection Film Kit (exoshield) for your Ford Bronco!

First rock chip needing repair at 91 miles driving home from dealership from an oncoming semi. Multiple chips since then at only 5500 miles on the odometer. Colorado roads are not nice to windshields!
  10. Spare tire TPMS

I did some searching online and could not find an answer to whether or not the spare had a TPMS installed from factory. The short answer is yes, at least on a 2023. Dealer tried to up-sale a TPMS for the spare during a tire rotation. It is not needed...
  11. Well, that didn't take long. No more keyless entry pad on 2024 Broncos

Key fob goes in an RFID pouch and hidden inside when going places the key can get lost. Key pad works great when you dont have cell service like fishing, hunting, hiking spots. Not everyone uses these vehicles where there is phone service........ The Ford app wont work on the pickup truck...
  12. Bronco Raptor Theft Ring

Thats great they actually caught the dirtbags. Sadly they will be replaced in no time at all. Probably not even cause a hiccup in the grand scheme of things. These punks are just the ones out getting the vehicles. The operation is much bigger.
  13. Warning check your door and door sill -- drivers side door hitting frame as it closes

Yeah, that sucks. Our HPR 4 door did the same thing. I got a paint touch up kit and fixed it. It came from factory like that. At least I assume it did. Fixed it a week after owning. Said it before Ill say it again: the paint on newer vehicles is not as durable as it should be.
  14. Red bed liner sprayed Bronco Raptor

For a vehicle intended to be beat on off-road this is great. The poor quality paint on these new vehicles is prone to chipping and scuffs way to easy as it is. Why not have a professional liner on it and forget about worrying. This probably did not cost much more than a full paint correction...
  15. Ford Quality- How does stuff like this get past Quality Control?

Someone out there has 3 SAS and 1 Badlands on their build🤣

  17. Why is Outer Banks so popular?

We built a big bend, black diamond and the outer banks. They were all really close in price with the options selected and went with outer banks because of the interior and the painted grill, handles, mirrors and flares. Contrary to the Ford builder the 2023 flares on the Sasquatch are in fact...
  18. What's your MPG?

    2023 OBX SAS 2.7 19-20mpg
  19. Any way to remove the speed limitations...

Id venture to say a tuner should do the trick. On a previous 2014 F150 and 2019 Expedition the top speed could be programmed to whatever you desired. SCT X4 tuner and 5 Star tunes. Kinda glad this topic came up. I know I saw 102 on the speedo but that limiter shuts it down quickly. Felt...
  20. HOT PEPPER RED Bronco Club

Did a claybar, compound and polish to the hood and front quarters this weekend. HPR really wakes up with some elbow grease. Had a handful of rock chips that were down to bare metal. While we really like this color the paint is brittle compared to past vehicles. Not sure if this is due to it...
