  1. You can’t beat the SOFT top!

I'll play devil's advocate and say you can't beat the hard top. The ability to add a Trailrax roof rack to carry additional gear, fuel, 270 awning, Gazelle or RTT, etc. for overlanding trips in the southwest is unmatched. A soft top would severely limit or completely eliminate several of the...
  2. Impressions at 25,000 miles.

This is why I waited to place an order, to not get a first year vehicle that's more likely to have issues compared to my 2023.
  3. Rumored New Bronco Trim 🍼

I hear stand up, honest car salesmen are applying for cashier jobs at Walmart so they can slap another 10K ADM on you at checkout for feeling bad they didn't rip you off enough on your actual Bronco order.
  4. 604Bronco’s Build Journal

Being in the desert, I'm looking to do add chase lights just like this, and love the strobe feature. Do you have the lights wired into the strobe controller (tucked behind the spare tire) and then running to an aux wire in the rear? Do you then just flip the aux switch and they strobe, or is...
  5. Local Dealer has abandoned customer order for immediate delivery

A car salesman couldn't have come up with a better line. Good luck fetching your ADM, friend.
  6. Local Dealer has abandoned customer order for immediate delivery

Thanks, but that's not an opinion.
  7. Local Dealer has abandoned customer order for immediate delivery

Aw shucks. The poor salesman had a year 1 reservation holder walk away from a brand new Bronco at MSRP. It's such a shame his only option to unload it from the stealership is to slap a $5K ADM on it.
  8. More private offer lies

I had a similar issue and am still trying to get my private offer money. Basically, my dealership acted like they knew nothing about it and would not lift a finger to help until after I bought the Bronco, without the PO, likely trying to get me to talk away so they could slap a $15K ADM on it...
  9. Interesting message on PTS about warranty & aftermarket modifications: "Using the vehicle off-road is not a justification to deny warranty coverage."

This sounds like my experience dealing with my dealership sales department for my year+ Bronco I special ordered. As a result, I refuse to give them, including their service department, another penny for the way they treated me, blowing me off on the private offer and screwing me with...
  10. Your dealer may already know if you're going to get built in '23

My dealer wouldn't take my phone calls while my Bronco was in transit by rail (I'll document at the appropriate time). I'm glad to hear there are some transparent dealers out there that are able to provide insight as to your prospects of getting your desired build for MY23 without dropping...
  11. Bronco First-Year Review Pics & Video : Couldn't be any happier!

Love the pictures and congrats on retirement! If you have the time to spare, I would suggest stopping in Sedona, 45 minutes south of Flagstaff. You won't be disappointed. Red rock, lots of hiking and several off-road trails (Broken Arrow and Schnebly Hill are popular) as well as shops and...
  12. Received unexpected order cancellation email from Ford

I'm disappointed I haven't received this email given I just picked up my Bronco.
  13. 12/19/2022 build week group

Mine arrived in El Mirage on a Saturday and I picked it up the following Wednesday. Good luck, you're gonna love it!
  14. 12/19/2022 build week group

This may have been answered, but I can confirm yes on my Lux that I just picked up.
  15. 12/19/2022 build week group

My 12/20 blend is sitting in Kansas City. I feel for those still waiting on build info. It appears there are still people in prior build weeks that haven't received shipping information weeks after their Built email. No rhyme or reason, just luck or lack thereof.

My train had been a day ahead of yours since leaving Wayne. I went from IHB Gibson Yard (Hammond IN) to IHB Blue Island Yard in Riverdale, IL tonight for a total of 9 miles lol. Next stop should be Fort Madison, IA. I've gathered once you get west of the Chicago bottleneck, the trains cover...

Great to know! I was told to contact Ford Credit at 800-727-7000, if the Marketing number does not work. https://thebronconation.com/news-n.21/price-protection-amounts-for-2023-bronco-t.16055/...

Did you just become best friends?
  19. 12/19/2022 build week group

Hopefully you see some movement soon and you make it out to a Bronco trail ride meetup. I contemplated upgrading my BL to a Raptor but was worried switching would add to the wait. It looks like someone abandoned their Raptor order but I'm not about to pay that ADM...

Called Ford and got my rail car number, so I wandered over to the Tracker page for the rail car tracking instructions...wow...the CSX voice recognition is a disaster. I found this on the Maverick sister website after a quick Google search and works like a charm. For step 3 below, T = number 8...
