Chat just told me I needed to reach out to my dealer for price protection as they didn't have any info for me.
The one good thing the customer service number has provided me is the price protection information. In the past I had to ask them, but this morning the woman told me she had the certificate number before I even asked. They’ve given me the certificate number and its value.

I was told the same last week via phone, unfortunately. That's on my agenda this weekend to try to get resolved at the dealer. I'm interested to hear your outcome.

Same but I'm 12/21 and just below 1050/whatever.


I was getting really excited but I'm realizing it still might be a month or two on a good day.
Wife has 12/21 blend date, no modules and no tear tag for hers as well.

This is true, wife had an additional $250 rebate that chat gave her. She was given a code to give dealer, she ordered hers in 21 though so not sure what the $250 rebate is about. But yes, dealer puts in info and Ford sends them PP rebate...it’s decent rebate.

I have been built and awaiting shipping since 12/02 to Arizona...so if I could snag a spot on your train that would be great
Just checked the tracker and status says shipped! No dates on the tracker and no email received, although I tend to get the e-mails 36 hours after the tracker updates.

Called Ford and got my rail car number, so I wandered over to the Tracker page for the rail car tracking instructions...wow...the CSX voice recognition is a disaster. I found this on the Maverick sister website after a quick Google search and works like a charm.

For step 3 below, T = number 8 on the touchpad, then 1 for the first number (TUV) on 8. Continue with the remaining letters, then #. So T (81) T (81) G (41) X (92) #

Remember do not stay on to talk with a person.​
1. Call CSX: 1-800-235-2352​
2. The first voice prompt: enter 1#.​
(for location)​
3. Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes​
81814192 #​
4. Then enter the number part of you rail car ID.​
And then enter #​
5. At the next voice prompt enter ## (same as saying "done")​
Listen for the location information.​
When done, hang up.​

Hopefully you see some movement soon and you make it out to a Bronco trail ride meetup. I contemplated upgrading my BL to a Raptor but was worried switching would add to the wait.

It looks like someone abandoned their Raptor order but I'm not about to pay that ADM.

Ahh, I looked at that Raptor. Contemplated abandoning my current Raptor order for that one as it is almost the same identical build as mine but the ADM put me at a hard stop.

I’m working with two different dealers. The one that has this order has been good about communicating. In fact, the GM emailed me this morning to update my status. I already knew what he told me, but it was good to know he’s checking. I’ve shared the Price Protection information with him and he has verified it with Ford. I expect no problem from them. I’ll have to look at their website, but he didn’t say anything about it. The only information we have is “sent to plant” on 12/16.

Yep, same dealer. It’s on their website. I had no idea it was listed there.

No shipped email/tracker updates yet, but I was able to activate my FordPass this AM so hoping that means she's coming down the loading ramp. Anyone know how that timing usually works?
How did you activate FordPass without having access to the vehicle? Mine starts and then asks me to confirm in the vehicle.
