Just put a fusion amp and a 6.5 kicker sub in my 2023 this weekend. I have no experience in this type of stuff at all, but it went surprisingly well. I replaced the front and rear 4 inch with JBLs. Sounds great now. Whole deal cost me around $275, not that much more than the $250 credit.

What forscan settings are you going to use? Im putting the same setup in my Bronco (I already replaced the 4 inch speakers) and am wondering which to use in the back - speaker/sub, tweeter/sub or speaker and tweeter/sub.

I bought some kicker 4 inch speakers to replace my front and back. I just found some JBL (Stage3 427F) speakers on woot for half the price. I noticed that the kickers are 4ohm, while the JBLs are 3. Wondering if that means the JBLs will not work?

So if Im just replacing the fake amp and sub with a fusion amp and real sub, do I need to remove a bunch of trim panels or just the speaker grate?

So is the wiring etc all still there? Is it just pretty much plug and play to put in a sub and amp? I just got my wildtrack, and know pretty much nothing about car audio, but was womdering if that would be an easy upgrade.
