I’d be taking delivery. It’s the smoothest way to make this work. I think anything else is going to expose us to the dealer imposing mark ups etc.

why would you do this? just put another order in now. Take delivery when you can...things are so backordered you'll likely be able to sell for nearly what you paid...just upgrade for the immaterial price difference. they aren't going to bump prices up $10k or something crazy.

Yeah i need to give him a call. He also said he was on the phone with his ford rep before the prep pack was released and they told him you’d get a prep pack AND the MIC top installed down the line (for free!)….even the rep’s dont know what’s going on.. he did say ‘don’t hold me to that...

I thought the last email from them said that if you wanted to be considered for a 21’ and you had a not available top, you could select a soft top or MIC top and still be in for 21’

Some of the other threads here suggest that tomorrow might be a big email day…I Feel like a ton of FE’s got schedules last week..hopefully there’s a big batch of MICs soon…presumably they know how many MIC tops they have and able to build..even it‘s a small amount
