My build date moved from 7/5 to 7/12. My dealer said it is now not “amenable” and adds that this is a good thing. Contextually, I can deduce what this means, but can anyone clarify? Are there any other keywords I should ask about?

Probably a typo meaning not "amendable" (cannot be changed).

PS - Your build date cannot be in April (month 4). I presume you meant July (month 7)?

7/5 to 7/12 perhaps? Probably because it sounds like MAP is shutting down for that week in July.

If it is schedule, then a VIN is assigned and no more changes or "Addendums" to the order can be made.
