⏳ Bronco Raptor now being scheduled for production & VIN assigned

So my raptor went to NY via rail to Abany NY (1.5 hrs away from dealer), and it arrived 9/13. Its waiting for convoy to make it to the dealer. Up until now (a week later), there is no info on the convoy and the dealer says they dont know anything.

On the backdoor link, the timeframe also just switched from [9/16 - 9/22] to [9/23 - 9/29]

Anyone else encounter this? Do you think theres a delay or something?

I had a car delayed almost 3 weeks at the rail yard a few months back as they couldn’t get trucks / drivers to transport to the dealer (tracker pushed me back 3 times). The dealer had about 50 cars at the rail yard which was a few weeks of inventory, but couldn’t do anything about it.

Trucking industry is struggling with a staffing. Some guy put my number on a staffing form and I get a minimum of 5 texts or calls a day from transporters offering jobs. I tell them wrong number then they start offering me jobs. It's insane.

It got to the rail yard on Friday and was delivered Tuesday afternoon. So 4 days was not to bad.

Ok ya’ll, check your swingates at delivery very closely. I found a poorly touched up chip in the lower left corner of mine. Didn’t see it from a few feet out at delivery, and only noticed it as I was removing the dealer’s logo just above that spot

I just want to say here - and I will reiterate it when I get a chance to post up some pics and a review - that Crossroads Apex, and specifically Chris Shaw and Taylor Lamb, have been wonderful to work with. Honored MSRP all the way through this process, even when converting a Badlands to a GT.

I know they are listing markups on their inventory vehicles, but the retail order and delivery process has been no pressure and honest, and I really appreciate it.
