no. I live 20 minutes form the plant. My dealer is also 20 minutes away. My friend who took delivery of his from the same dealer last month told me that it showed up at the dealer before it even said shipped in the tracker, so I'm not counting on it.

YEs. I live in the SE metro Detroit area, and historically, Vehicles built at MAP- from the older Broncos, through the Expedition Navigator, and as recently as the Focuses that were built before Ranger/Bronco, vehicles take about 2 days to get from there to any Metro Detroit dealer. Pretty fortunate!

Wow so just called my dealer, and they told me I can still have it MSRP but I have to finance with them, they are saying we won't charge over MSRP but you have to go with financing from them ... first time I herd that from them, ill find out about the % was hoping to go with USAA which is 1.8%. This is another under handed technique dealers are using, just watch out for this.

It’s crappy but you can always refinance with USAA after the sale. I’ve done it numerous times over the years.

My sister is ordering through them also. Spoke to the sale person this week as she has to convert to a 2022. He did tell her that they would honor MSRP if she financed through Ford. They did not care if she drove off the lot and refinanced the next day. They just want their vig for selling the finance.

Yeah thats what I do. I let them find the lowest rate and i finance with the dealer's bank. Then I go to my credit union and they match and I refinance with my credit union.

Idk why it never occurred to me to refinance a car purchase. A house for sure. But a car being such a short term loan never occurred to me.

I was 109, blend on Monday. Tracker shows build on 10/12. Shipped this morning.

Often times Ford offers a rebate or a better rate on the financing. If the better rate isn’t that good I take the rebate and then refinance to get the lower rate from a different bank or credit union. Best of both worlds.
