same status for me, in production, est. delivery 12/1, but sticker date keeps changing alot of various opinions on if sticker date changing means anything. Called Ford a week ago they claim Bronco shipped and dealer is responsible for status once shipped. Dealer says Ford corporate should know. I have the theme song to Benny Hill every time I read this thread. Good luck! The date at the bottom of my window sticker has changed the last 2 days. I pray that means something is going on and I'll at least get my built email soon. Then I can at least start obsessing over railroad issues.
By call, I should say "email."what do you call about, I can’t think they would know more than us? lol

How are tracking, I’ve tried all three rail phone numbers and none worked for me?By call, I should say "email."
Initially it was about a build date, and then once it was built my rail car info... then I gave them a break, and now it's "is it still sitting in a rail yard in Calgary??!" since I can't see that info.
I had a rail car TTGX, so I called NS Norfolk Southern and it worked fine (details below). You need to type in the numbers; don't speak them - The autonomous robot lady doesn't understand too well. How are tracking, I’ve tried all three rail phone numbers and none worked for me?
They said it was in Texas?I had a rail car TTGX, so I called NS Norfolk Southern and it worked fine (details below). You need to type in the numbers; don't speak them - The autonomous robot lady doesn't understand too well.
I also got some random updates from my salesperson, which aligned to what NS was telling me, although sometimes the dealership was slightly behind in the info they had.
NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.
Yours said that? They said it was in Texas?
When my rail car got to its final destination it said," Rail car emptied and released by customer".Yours said that?
One thing I got caught up in was I was calling multiple times per day. Once it got to Calgary, I noticed it going back East and I started to panic. Then I realized once it's offloaded, the rail car continues on with another load, somewhere else in North America. You have no way of knowing where it was offloaded; your salesperson could tell you that (i.e. - Mine shows on their end "Ramp 68 - Calgary).
It said that when you called, or that's what your salesperson told you? When my rail car got to its final destination it said," Rail car emptied and released by customer".
The automated CSX system said that.It said that when you called, or that's what your salesperson told you?
Since mine sat in Calgary for a while, maybe it did say that at some point but I never heard anything like that.
